That's a fair statement. We were both relegation candidates but I don't think I was going to go down, Everton maybe.

Re: Euro Division LXVII
That Sabala scored the prettiest average goal ever against Turkey.
Lovely team passing move, Sabala ran on to the ball in yards of space and just had to pass it past the keeper.
But with half the goal to aim at he hit is about a yard from the keeper.
Except the keeper fluffed it and let it under his body.
Looked good but was full of average football

Not sure that is a good thing Trebs. This league tends to reflect real life form. If a player is playing well he gets good rating, if he then loses form, his rating drops.onlytreblewinners wrote:
As for ratings, they wouldn't really rate Barkley or Ramsey ao highly as they haven't done a hell of a lot over a sustained period of time. Someone like Rosicky would be rated higher as they've been decent several seasons.

That team would be very hard to beat. The 12th man on the field really gives an edge.ComeBackKings wrote:--------------Muslera

My defence is better, midfield is close but yours is better and my attack is better. I think I know who's was better and Gamiero/De Jong/Gomis would all start in your attack line easily.

I think it's pretty common knowledge around here that Hughton didn't want to sign Becchio, but for some reason did, god knows why

I had asked someone else to post the game up because I was away with an eye injury and I couldn't look at el screen. I could post it now but I've not got tactics from Olly anyway.

Re: Euro Division LXVII
Morning, what a w/e here, an debate/argument form another league not even on this site!
I was in such a foul mood saturday. As my tweet said, fair play to Southampton, they played well & deserved the point.
We never controlled the match, Moyes currently doesnt know what hes doing, bringing Nani off for Giggs!?!?! Zaha would be been best, like for like replacement. Rooney off for a 5th defender!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? At Old Trafford, trying to hang onto a 1-0 lead....that is not acceptable.
His used 24 players so far this season, most in the league & tried a few formations/systems. Clearly doesnt know his best & hes taking far too long to find it. Need to hurry up & improve, 8 points isnt panic time but Arsenal in 3 weeks time im staying to worry we're going to get torn apart as they look impressive currently.

Got to say you should have won the game though, slab of luck for them to score as scrappily as they did and so late.
I must say the radio after the game was hilarious. United fans have turned so quickly. Just like the rest of us now...

Lucky maybe but S'ton played well throughout the match, point deserved.sodhat wrote:Got to say you should have won the game though, slab of luck for them to score as scrappily as they did and so late.

We just wernt good enough again. I havent turned on Moyes, I will support him, he just needs to find his best team quick.
One thing i dislike from him is why the frack he keeps playing Giggs. Legend yes but he now offers very little on pitch. Came on the other day & gave the ball away twice within minutes of being on the pitch, one of thos led to s shot on goal too. his use of Giggs is stopping talented/upcoming players of match time, player who need match time like Zaha, Shinji as midfielders. Chicharito needs match time too. There is talent there but hes not using it properly.
Rooney off for 5th defender settles it, trying to hold onto a 1-0 lead at home to S'ton, not the Man United way. We should be camped in their half throwing crosses into the box like they were to us.
We didnt play well again, Old Trafford is losing its daunting allure, teams can see the pressure Moyes & the team are under & by all right they are using it to benefit themselves well, they are comming at us, closing down quick & attacking us which is working.
We lack out killer instinct & that needs to be found again.

Re: Euro Division LXVII
United are pathetic, Moyes is proving why he is a complete joke of an appointment too. The one job Sir Alex had left was to hand over to a safe pair of hands...now his legacy is being properly tarnished.
Well done Southampton, I think they were robbed of 3 points too

Get used to that. Moyes turned to old hands as he isn't 100% comfortable with less established names.

Ohh look who cant keep away. Go away Azzy, no one cares what you say.
Moyes got Everton playing some good football over the years, generally winger based too with a lone striker & support striker so I dont see why its so difficult for him now.
Well he has given Adnan a chance. Wonder if the Zaha rumours are actually true?? I dont see why he hasnt even made a sub apperane yet, Saturday was the perfect chance too aswell, winger for winger swap with Nani, get pushing forward but instead Giggs comes on & we invite more pressure onto us.Afro wrote:Get used to that. Re: Euro Division LXVII
The whole team looks underwhelmed at the regime change. When was the last time United looked vulnerable at the back? Southampton always looked like scoring. Thank God Fergie retired, now United fans can enjoy years and years of abject misery while the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham rise up again.
