My only LB is injured and I have limited cover at LW, so Kolarov comes in to help with both

How is Kolarov 'cover' for the LW position?

I'm pretty sure I have seen Kolarov play quite a lot of games on the left hand side of midfield over the years. Especially in their title winning season. He even played quite a few as the left hand sided player in a front 3

I've never seen that. LM is pushing it, but no way could he ever play LW, surely?

You then didn't do full voting, meaning I have nothing to show for bringing in a new manager. So there was no point really.

Any time this league needs a new manager, I'm keeping well out. It's not worth the effort of negotiating someone's return/entry if all you're going to get is zip, nada, nowt.

Well hows about this then - stick around until the end of the season (three games left), then take over my side. That'll give you some money and time to get the side how you want it

I can then be on standby as caretaker manager for when CF gets shunted out for not doing tactics and voting

Why are you running scared Azzy. You need to front up and finish a season for the first time ever. You've done a great job so far.

And the reason we changed it was because CF was the easy option that other managers were hesitant to explore given CF's previous of not submitting full tactics and votes.

We pass some of the onus of making sure he fully commits on to you

I could do with focussing on work at the moment, as you know I've been overwhelmed for some time. Not having a team would free me of a burden, and allow me to taunt you lot freely

Will think it over, but I like to start from scratch with a brand new team if im gonna commit to a season of tactics etc
