Mussachio is a no, not true about being a bit part player, played every minute of every league game so far this season and Villareal are in a CL place at present.

Sabala and Mingalov, Their club are willing to sell them for 3m for both but with a 20% sell on clause.

Fabio - yes but a loan only appeals to Utd.

Hargreaves - yes but he did play his last game over 18 months ago.

Remy - No, QPR wish to keep him as a loan at present in the event of them returning to the top league.

Zaha - yes for 2m for half a season.

Dempsey - Yes

Maloney - Yes

Jelavic - No, not at the moment but if games don't start to occur at Everton then retry in the future.

Team - Crystal Palace
Player - Bryan Oviedo of Everton
Fee - 8 million

Oviedo is unlikely to displace Baines at LB in the near future and even if he (Baines) did leave they would have the money to replace him. We think it is the right move for Bryan at this time as he needs first team football to guarantee a place at the World Cup with Costa Rica

Team - Cardif
Player - Lacina Traore (Anzhi)
Fee - £10m

We need a top striker and we want to bring in Traore to be our main man in attack. Anzhi are financially in big trouble and need all the cash they can get, with the recent sales of Eto'o, Willian, Denisov and others in the player exodus. He has been second choice this season despite his quality and we want to give him first team football.

Shaun Maloney - £3m
Wigan to Cardiff
We had this deal tied up before and want to get it finalized.

It's been revealed today that Reus's release fee is this so we wish to activate that clause and bring him to England.

West ham

Demba Ba
£15m

It's well known that he isnt happy at chelsea and wants first team football. We want to bring him back to the club, and re-unite him with Papiss Cisse. The pair were fantastic at newcastle and could do some damage up top for the hammers.

Aaron Lennon - £8m
Tottenham to Cardiff
Looks to have lost his place in the Tottenham side with just two starts in the league, as the resurgence of Andros Townsend means he is now a first teamer and the signings of Lamela, Eriksen and Chadli in the attacking midfield positions. If he wants to force his way back into the England world cup squad reckoning he needs to be starting and he'd be a key player here.

Micah Richards - £2m season loan with permanent deal for a further £5m
Man City to Cardiff
Similarly, he is way down the pecking order at City playing just two league games. A chance to be playing regular football to force his way into the reckoning for the world cup squad would be good for him. He has less than two years to run on his current contract and seems to have had a bit of a falling out with Pellegrini, reading between the lines.

Lennon - No
Ba - Yes, clearly not in Maureen's plans and there's several newspaper reports linking him.

Team: Newcastle
Player : mattia De Sciglio
Club: AC Milan
Offer 4m for season long loan (w offer to buy outright for 15m if interested)

De Sciglio had a great season last year for Milan, this season though he can't get a game at all in Serie A and has made just 1 appearance, with the World Cup approaching he needs games to make the squad.

Offer 9m

Jung was linked to a number of clubs before the summer but nothing materialised and since then it's dried up on the speculation front, we'd like to bring him to Newcastle and link him up with Volland down the right flank.

Already being linked away and they make a big profit on someone they got for free in the summer.

Julian Schieber

Stuck on the fringes at Dortmund and we will give him more chances here.

Davies - No, they turned down 4m last year from Swansea stating they wanted 10m and there's a 25% sell on fee they'd have to pay to Wolves.

Llorente - No but more so in that he only moved in the summer and I'm saying no for any player in that predicament

Scheiber - Not at moment due to impending sale of Lewandowski, imagine player thinks he may get more opportunities then.

Jung - Yes, but must be first team.

Player: Carlos Mané.
Team: Stoke City.
Fee: £1m release clause.

Stoke City are one of the clubs who have been scouting Mané and now we would like to make an official offer of £1m which i believe is the release clause price.

Team - Fulham
Player - Matthias Ginter
Fee - 15m

Admittedly linked to better clubs then us but all have had the oppuntunity to make a move yet have not and 15m is a lot of money for a average side like Freiburg

Team - Fulham
Player - Joe Allen
Fee - 4m for season loan

He is rarely a member of the Liverpool match day squad let alone team currently it would be a shame to see him not playing on a weekly basis and we feel he meets the need of what we're trying to build.

We also wish to put forward an offer to Freiburg, with bringing in other future stars of the German team such as Volland and Jung he'd bed in easier and we guarantee he'd be at the front of the pecking order for a CB place.

At a club just above the relegation zone, we want to give the young defender a chance to impress here at Cardiff.

Similarly, Montpellier are struggling just above the relegation zone and we want the attacking midfielder to be a key first teamer.

Toivonen & Willems
£12m
PSV to Cardiff
With the recent signing of Wijnaldum, we would like to bring a couple more PSV players to Cardiff. Toivonen has been linked to Stoke, Norwich and Newcastle recently and seems keen for a move. Willems was linked to big clubs a few years ago but transfer windows have been and gone without any notice taken of him. For both players though, they get the chance to move to a bigger league than the Dutch league.
