First topic message reminder :

I wondered how things were going , I am pretty jealous as I'm waiting for Friday for my PS4.

The Kinnect apparently works well, how does BF4 feel to have 64 players online. Is Ryse a bit of a disappointment or are you enjoying it.

Dead Rising 3 how are you getting on with it? The videos with hundreds of zombies looked cool.

I read a test on sound levels and I think its quieter than the 360. If you had a PS3 is it quieter than that?

Not tried on it tbh, I've gone and downloaded all three of them but I'll prob not go near them for a while as just immersed in Skyrim.

Did anyone buy FFXV?

I bought it for PS4. I bought a PS4 too, especially for it

Played it for an hour on release day and absolutely hated it.

Played it for another hour last night and am warming to it

I think as a Final Fantasy fan I was just appalled at the combat system and lack of narrative to begin the game. I'm coming round.

It's beautiful looking. Although not sure how it compares to other PS4 games. I might just be judging it compared to PS3 games

You'd love FF World ED, it is supposed to be a must for fans of the old games

I have only heard great things about XV and was thinking about making the plunge in getting it, I haven't played a proper FF game since 9 (Type Zero doesn't could or should have never been created)

The reviews are excellent. I must be missing something or not put enough into it yet. I've only played 2 hours.

I played 13 - that was panned but I enjoyed it.

It's just the battle system I think. It just feels so button-bashy and completely lacking in strategy and nuance. Completely removed from Final Fantasy

I was considering it as it does look visually stunning, the FF games though usually plummet in price pretty quickly so will probably wait for that.

Sleeping Dogs is available as the free backwards compatibility game this month.

I'd highly recommend it genuinely one the most favorite things i played on the 360.

I have the ultimate edition on the Xbone, Nando, its a pretty good game, good story and the fighting system reminds me of those new Batman games

Their giving away the definitive edition free on it so all DLC included It's good fun if want to kick the crap out of people

Yeah my youngest son bought it a few months ago on the sly with my card details

I've played about 5 hours now of FFXV and It's actually brilliant. I still haven't done anything in the storyline.

I haven't been playing my Xbox much. Decided to order a few games to try and get back in to, so ordered SouthPark (although its been delayed....again), Ghost Recon and Sniper Elite 4 which turned up yesterday

Played the first two missions on Sniper Elite.....brilliant game so far. Levels are massive and I like the way I can go and do each level again in a different way

Anybody catch the E3 last night and official unveiling of the Xbox One X

not a fan of the name but the console itself looks sweet, albeit a bit pricy so I'll likely wait 12 months for the price to come down a bit. Forza 7 looks spectacular on it

How long has xbox one been out, seems very early for a new generation of consoles.

Standard is 6-7 years, this will be 4.

Its not so much a new console, more a beefed up version of the xb. A bit like what sony did with the ps4 and pro, only this is far more powerful a console

All the games are still going to be the same just the new xbox will run them in a much higher quality. Ill likely get one, just when the price has come down a bit. Havent even invested in a 4k tv yet

Very short turn around, wonder how that is going to go down with people. I see it is full backward compatible though.

It's basically a more powerful spec not a new generation.

Not best impressed by the practice, reason I have a console is so I don't need to worry about hardware specs etc
