Congratulations SA : Nelson Mandela Bay sevens champions
SA beat NZ in the final of the SA leg of the IRB sevens tour.
A come-from-behind victory after trailing 14-0 at half time.
Tim Michelson was sin binned in the second half allowing SA three quick fire tries to steal the game.
Earlier, England had been knocked out by Argentina, and Wales lost to Portugal.
Fiji failed to make the cup competition after their run away win last week.
Amazing scenes of support for SA with the spirit of Mandela inspiring the crowd to frenetic levels, demanding a SA victory.

Yes good win at a very good time...as one of our newsy guys quipped...NZ thought they'd put up a couple of tries then let SA have their moment. Tongue in cheek but fitting way to end at the mans own stadium.
7's is sure hotting up as it gets more popular and closer to the Olympics...
