Well chaps that was my first trip to Scotstoun to support our Western Brethren and as an Edinburgh fan I was thoroughly impressed - that's what Pro club rugby in Scotland can be like!! The crowd was good banter, being passionate without being offensive so I have no idea what the previous comments about the crowd being awful were about??? Any Munster fan I spoke to at the game/on the train back was saying how much they enjoyed and how good a time they'd had!

Scotstoun is an awesome venue for Glasgow and as an Edinburgh fan I'm horribly jealous

I have to agree with Tramptastic here. You MFL types should be jealous. Scotstoun is big enough to generate an atmosphere, but still small enough to feel homely: meeting IanBru on the grassed area behind one of the temporary stands and watching the Glasgow and Munster fans sitting and standing around enjoying a beer and a laugh was chicken soup for the soul. At half time there were groups of small boys playing on the training pitch ( I so wished I had taken young Pippetto). We have lots of local lads playing in the side and the imports, like Niko and Naka, tend to live in the West End. All of this generates a club with heart and soul. I know we mock you in the east but I do feel sorry(ish) for you rattling around in the Library playing spot-the-Scotsman.
Bail out of Murrayfield, get back to the community and put down some roots.
