You've gambled and it's not paid off, just unlucky really. Lapandry is a good flank but still young. Will be around French team next season

Chris
Your squad size is 56 mate. You need to release some one.
Also for Kayser i'd want Hartley involved

Hey Chris just a quick one on Temaini Harrison. He isnt actually Saints academy hes been signed from New Zealand so shouldnt he have to be bid on? I've been keeping a close eye on him as you know since I bid for him a while back and was told to wait as hes from abroad...

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Harrison is a young lad just finished school boy rugby in New Zealand. Comes from the same school Dylan Hartley did. I made a bid for him on the old national league page and Chris rejected it saying I would have to wait for the Foreign transfer window as he was EQ abroad. Assume he should have to be bid on as he isnt actually Saints academy in the same way that Pete bidded on Ben Spencer as he wasnt Sarries academy

Only seems fair SJE , Chris you'll have to bid for him on the national bidding page.

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
How can you bid for a player who isnt at a club? Harrison has been in Saints academy for 18months in real life, he joined it at the same time the likes of Alex Day etc did from school. I could understand the position if he was at a club, but he came from school - so not really seeing any difference?
Pooly, in all honesty the constant sniping remarks are wearing a bit thin now - really no need to keep it up. You made two comments on this weeks predictions that werent necessary and completely unwarranted just because I gave you a draw. Not really sure why you need to do this, but its just a game and the comments you make aren't really needed.

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Harrison was still playing school boy rugby in New Zealand this summer Chris so how can he have been in the Saints academy for the last 18 months?? You yourself called him a New Zealand school boy player when you rejected a bid from me on the old national league signings page

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Just trying to tell your players to be complacent...Ill be looking to dismantle your set piece with Domingo's lack of form and no lineout leader in your side. Set piece is key in the wet so hopefully people will see me dominate here...I think me having so many on form players could snatch it...really not sure

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Last weekend against Castres Hartley wasn't impressive. Best English hooker through lack of other option.
For me Lawes has good moments but will go missing for others so swings in roundabouts.
He's injured or else sure fire starter as he's English. Woulda started FDP if I could have, great box kicker would have been handy

I agree Haywood is a good player. Hartley didn't look much better than him last week which isn't that great tbh considering he is meant to be world class.

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
I'd look to do a fair deal but I certainly wouldn't look to do two world class players for him, doubt many would tbh. More than happy to leave it, come back if you come to your senses though.
Foden is much closer to a World XV than Ashton, I can think of half a dozen right wingers better than Ashton. He is currently the best we have to offer though which kind of shows the state of English rugby at the minute.

Unlucky in our game Chris, it was much closer than the final score suggests. A couple of tweaks in your side and I'm sure you'll hit a run.

Yea you do need a 7, missed one since you sold Brussow really. Gill is a few years away for me.
I could do Brussow in something, not sure what.
Falcons def going down this season, Tait is clueless.
