Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Would consider Launchbury, Wray or Harrison for Waller.
Or would do Mullan for Attwood as either long term loan or permanent deal.

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Can't add Kitchener mate, as am wanting Attwood to boost depth, which if I let Kitch go doesn't add up for me.
Best I could do is adding George Kruis to the loan, who would be a decent enough bench option as has been getting gametime for Sarries this year.
So would be Mullan and Kruis for Attwood, loan until say the end of January. (6N starts in Feb).
Let me know mate.

Let me know what you want to do mate, am keen that if we are going to do a deal we get it done sooner rather than later so that there is a bedding in period.

Faure is available but I can't see any of the others leaving unless I'm getting some seriously good players coming my way.

Could possibly do Kruger, he was excellent form in the CC and will be Bulls starting 5 in the S15.

Maybe one of Lund/Poff.....maybe a top lock, depending on who you would be offering in return.

Looking at your team and who'd be likely to go it'd be Stevens/Moon/Clark to be involved

He's back in jan. Lapandry seems to be in the abyss now though and Moon needs to kick on quick with how others are developing.

Sorry don't see that as a equal swap. Sadly I know the extent of your knowledge of Wasps youth so I'm sceptical as to why your letting him go.

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Its a good offer but not gonna bite. Laulala is a good player but is to similar to Faainga, Canale and Lowe whom I already have.
Jones for Wallace is the deal I like unless you could get Thomas, Haywood or Ford involved which I suspect you won't.

" I am not sure that Falcons have a top quality ball carrier in the backline to make the hard yards and give them enoguh front foot ball"
I seen you pick this up last week so I brought in AAC at 15 with a licence to join the midfield. He's a pretty strong carrier!

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
I thought the tactic of bringing AAC into the line covered that but obviously not. I'm not a fan of JDV tbh, all he does is take it into contact. He's half of the reason the Stormers/Boks wingers never see any ball!
I do like Nonu though

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
That wasn't meant in a Nonu thing because your playing Pete, was just because you mentioned him.
JDV is not a top player imo, play often stops at him and he hinders so much for Stormers and Boks. Very good defensively.
Fourie is outstanding, he is definatley not a reason why the Boks don't score many, he doesnt see enough ball!!!
Never rated JDV, even at the top of his game. His year at Munster was terrible. As in rate I mean top class by the way. The impact Steyn had when he came in at 12 was unreal as he can actually let go of the ball

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Lol ok then. Few of those players helped me to a league win last season but you obviously know better.
Can't imagine many rating Domingo with him been out so long and Tincu would have really helped steady your scrum with Webber so weak there. I bet you hope Hartley doesn't get injured anytime soon!

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
I think Domingo is a fantastic player, but he's hardly played all year and now out for 6 months. Hard to rate if you do so on form, it's why I hardly played Barcella last season. I wasn't enquiring about Domingo though tbh
Webbers a good player, just a poor scrummager. Think there's more than just me who thinks that. Hartley was fantastic last week, been really off the boil for a while now but fingers crossed he's starting to come back as England need him.

Re: Northampton Saints Squad - Fantasty Rugby
Raised an interesting point on Domingo there, I'm intrigued as Smith got injured around the same time or a little after. Be good to gauge the concensus I know with Matt for example an injured player has about 2 month till he tails off in his rating.

Seen enough of Hartley for England and Saints mate, looked good last week though.
Always thought that of Webber tbh, not seen anything to suggest otherwise.
