Rhys Webb is certainly headed for a Wales re-call, he's been showing good form again this season.

This is one of the reasons why I don't like the current TBP. The Saints are better off letting the Ospreys in so they can kick the ball back deep into the Ospreys half to get the chance for a try. It should be TBP for scoring 3 more tries than the opposition. IMO

Can't you count, they got 3 tries not 4.

On the other hand if they let O's in it would have been 15-22 and the O's could have snaffled it.
3 tries ahead is crazy ambitous for any teams not playing Zebre or playing in poor conditions.

Well that's Saints out. No way are Ospreys going to beat Leinster by more than 4 even if Saints can get 5 from Castres.

The second half was much better than the first half, it is a shame the Ospreys did not start with the Jones boys in the front row and the two 7's did not work which further weakened the scrum. Good game ref was poor. I can't see the Ospreys fielding a full strength team next week just like this game.

I was there I said what was going to happen before hand.
No way was 2 small 7's going to work with 2 weak props. We were better with Adam Jones and Morgan Allen on the pitch as I expected. Clearly Morgan was going to give us more go forward and power around the field.

I hear that he is struggling with the new scrum laws. Either that or the Ospreys are giving other guys a chance to see if they can manage without Adam. Because according to Gatland Adam hasnt been offered a new contract yet. So maybe their seeign if Jarvis can carry the load.

Attendence barely over 8k and some think an anglo-welsh league would resolve the poor crowds haha.

I agree the game in Wales is in big trouble as you rightly point out the AW league is not going to do anything for Wales

The point about Adam not being offered a contract, has since been shown to be NOT TRUE.Shifty wrote:I hear that he is struggling with the new scrum laws. Alyn, somebody has been telling porkies, Gatland said this in the WRU meeting with the Regions supporters, it was quoted in the minutes of that meeting, when those same supporters met with RRW, they were shown correspondence, that proved it to be a lie, this was quoted in the minutes of that meeting.Shifty wrote:wayne wrote:The point about Adam not being offered a contract, has since been shown to be NOT TRUE.Shifty wrote:I hear that he is struggling with the new scrum laws. In the first supporters meeting with the WRU, they (WRU) have agreed to another meeting and by all accounts this is one of the topics that will be reviewed, it should be interesting.
