Joshua Joshua10

Name: Joshua
Nickname: The Puppet Master

Age: Unknown
Height: 6'6
Weight: 247lbs
Hometown: Unknown
Class: Heel

Gimmick: Very long perfectly straight hair that covers his scarred face. Sleek black trousers with shiny black shoes. White shirt with high collar and cut away sleeves. Black cross tattoo on his right forearm. Left arm has a tattoo of a family crest just below the shoulder.

Always seen with his wooden ventriloquist dummy who is called McCoy. McCoy has an oversized head with black lips and white eyes which are highlighted with red eye liner. He wears a fully black suit with a long red tie.

Personality: In promos, Joshua does speak but it is spaced out with heavy breathing and a deliberate tone. McCoy himself doesn’t speak but is an extension of Joshua and his feelings get projected onto McCoy through his facial expressions. Sometimes breaks out in a chilling singing tune in his promos.

His fight style is very methodical and could be described as surgical. Joshua takes his time while in the ring, using strikes and holds to wear his opponent down. He prefers to use brawling techniques and running assaults to keep his opponent at bay while stalking them at every turn. He doesn’t appear to be in any rush to win and happily lets the match drag on if he is causing enough pain to his opponent. He is fine with using high risk moves, that could even injure himself, if there is a chance of hurting his foe. For this reason, he can be very unconventional, concentrating less on getting the pin but more on causing agony.

Entrance Music: None

Entrance Details: Joshua has no theme music. He comes out to a sound of a slow heavy heartbeat. The house lights flash white on each beat and then die down to darkness again. Joshua walks out carrying McCoy and moving slowly with his head raised. He slowly places McCoy either on the floor of the aisle or on one of the turnbuckles before the match. The houselights come back up and the camera focuses on McCoy.

Finishing Move 1: Go To Hell - Showstopper Chokeslam

Joshua grabs his opponent around the neck before lifting them in the air. He holds his opponents lower back with his other hand, before drilling them down into the canvas. Joshua falls down to the mat as well to increase the power and speed of the move. Sometimes the ring crumples due to the force of the move.

Finishing Move 2: Dumbstruck – Flying Suicide Headbutt from the top rope.

Joshua gets huge air with this move, he doesn’t just fall onto his laying opponent. When the move is delivered he stays near the opponent so his hair is covering their face. The pin is made by placing a free hand across his opponent’s chest, still with their face covered.

Trademark Move: Gift from McCoy - A draping DDT while the opponents legs are on the middle rope.

Joshua stares at McCoy while holding his opponent in a front facelock, before rapidly falling to the mat with the DDT.

Submission Move: Joshua Tree - An aggressive take on the Full Nelson submission hold.

Joshua stands slightly to the side of his opponent and then flings them heavily forwards and then backwards continuously while holding them in a Full Nelson hold. He rocks forward and backward with them, arching their spine back unnaturally. He increases the pain by digging his knee in their lower back while pulling them backwards. Sometimes causes a DQ as he doesn’t let go until they pass out.

Highflying Move: See Finishing Move 1

Five - eight common moves: Headbutts, Uppercut strikes, DDT, Neckbreaker, Running Knee Strike, Russian Leg Sweep, Flying Forearm, Turnbuckle Powerbomb

Taunts/Catchphrases: Who Called The Puppet Master? What..........say..........you...........?

Match Tactics: Dirty

Match Style (Pick three): Brawling, Hardcore, No Holds Barred

Weapon of Choice: Steel Chair, which he chooses to sit on and assess the damage after each blow.

Specialty Match: Hell in a Cell Match

History: Joshua, and his dummy McCoy, have no history. Scarred by a horrendous childhood, Joshua has forgotten all about the past and isn't concerned about his future. The only thing that matters to him is the present. Winning is of little importance to Joshua. His aim in life is to please McCoy, who seems to have some kind of emotional hold over him. Slow, deliberate and very calculated, Joshua takes his time in everything he does. He hates authority and has little interest about glory. To this end, he has no comprehension of rules or the "right thing" to do in matches - often getting DQed, neglecting to pin his opponents, always going high risk. He lives for pain - causing it and feeling it. The rest, he has been told time and again by McCoy, will fall into place.
