Alright mate, I'm really desperate to get a good winger in and am very interested in JSD and Sharples. Are either of them available?

Think I might have edged it, some close games this week. Didn't think Pete would turn Chris over but looks like he has.

Re: Gloucester
Where'd that come from? Lol
Whoever is calling for him to be captain needs to give their head a shake! Got to give him a run though, he's so consistent.

Re: Gloucester
I'd need English involved in some kind of deal if I was to let him go. Gray, Wood, May, JSD, Sharples would have to be involved.

Re: Gloucester
have a look and suggest something then. To be fair i am quite keen to keep Carraro. top player in the AP.
I am thinking Wilson is not first choice for BAth but is English so has some value.
Probably 5th choice in the England pecking order around Tim Payne level.
thats the kind of level i am looking to go to.
Cheers
Mat

Just counted and I have 54 in my squad so if the offer for a loan hooker is on then I am certain that I could get some game time for the Frenchman!

Re: Gloucester
8, 9, 10 combos definitely very important in tight games, I did the same as you and went straight for Parisse, Giteau. Pleased that I'm finally able to play Phillips - hoping that makes a difference for me this week, as not everyone rates Simpson as well.
Never used to like Hari, thought he was really hit and miss for France and Biaritz, but last two seasons his consistency has improved and he's got better and better. He won the game against England with his performance - at the moment would say he's best no8 in the world, with Parisse and Read not far behind.
Just wish England had someone like them to play!

Re: Gloucester
What did you make of Robshaw yesterday? Seen you mention a few times that your not sure if he's international quality. I thought he put in a good shift, but think he is lacking that certain something that will turn him from a great club player to a top class international - though his leadership qualities might be worth having in the England squad.
I like the look of the young Lon. Irish backrower, Gibson (I think) - hoping he gets put straight into the Saxons along ith some of the other good youngsters around, like Launchberry and pretty much the whole Gloucester team that are under 22!

Chris I think it showed at the breakdown but his form warrants a look . Think he is not an international but if you select on form then he deserves it but dusatoir and co owned him

Re: Gloucester
Caught them a few times and they've actually played well! Struggling in the backs a little esp halfback. You lucky bugger!!! Can I come?
He's scrummaging really well, wasnt up to speed in WC and it showed. His battle with Jones was epic early in season tho. I cringe every time he goes barnstorming around the park, he's a bit of a mainiac tbh..

Re: Gloucester
I signed Barcella off the back of that game, was untouchable. Not often you get such a destructive LH. French are just unreal in the scrum, so strong. I love the way the take hit then just smash the power in. Would do our props wonders having a season over there
