Ive put DM since it seems inevitable.

I'd like to see a slight change away against the big teams, and go a little something like this.

-----------------Szczesny

Debuchy--BFG------------Koscielny--Gibbs

------------------DM
Ramsey------Rosicky
Walcott-----------------------------Sanchez
Giroud

Using this formation we should have more men in the centre of the park, meaning we shouldn't get overrun as much. The team is built to counter attack using Walcott and Sanchez's pace. It loses some attacking potential, but if we need to chase the game, we'll still have the likes of Ozil/Cazorla on the bench, and could revert back to playing 4-2-3-1.

Guzan
Hutton-Okore-Vlaar-Bennet
N'Zogbia-KEA-Delph-Richardson
       Weimann
       Gabby
Thats the 11 i think Lambert will go with V Stoke.

Subs:- Given, Senderos, Gardner, Cole, Grealish, Bent, Westwood

Not 100 % sure on injuries.

If Vlaar goes, then Senderos to start.

Then Clarke/Baker on the bench.

That's what it'll be against wolves I think. Howson and fer to come in when fit.

Whittaker might start RB with Martin ahead of Bennett at cb

Searle
White Pugh Ash Long
Green Lowry Cooke Vassell
Afful
Lord Barrington Hayles.

For you see, Truro are in the Premier League.

The Southern Premier League, admittedly!

It's the Southern Football League Premier Division. Still wish Bedford were in the Isthmian League. Far less travel, meaning more money for players, and we were a top side. Now in the SFL Div 1 Central. It's depressing when you have TWO regional classifications in your leagues name.

Yes, and Poole were quite close to the playoffs last season, I believe.

Can't see Schurrle starting ahead of Oscar to be honest. Also think Ivanovic and Courtois will be first choice.

Time will tell, all a matter of opinions at the moment. I think Schurrle will start considering the world cup he had in comparison to Oscar, however it may be Willian who is sacrificed.

Think right back and keeper will be rotated - maybe with one playing cup games and the other league.

I would rather lose three nil, than play the way Chesham did.

I have to say it was utterly embarrassing to watch, as a football fan. Not at Bideford-levels of cheating, but fairly close.

You can't play nancy boy football at that level it's just not possible we tried the last few season and it got nowhere hence this new physical style of play if you can't handle physical football you won't get far just have to look at the way Hemel & Cambridge played to get promoted last year. I will take 3-0 over style any day of the week.

Truro were fairly stylish when they won that league, and certainly did not lower themselves to what Chesham were like today. Nor should you need to. And it went far beyond just being physical.

Whoever Chesham's number 4 was today...well there are no words low enough to describe him.

I was surprised to hear how physical we were usually try to play decent football but we lost 8 of starting 11 from last season most went to St Neots & Hemel. I expect its down to not having most of the players for pre season and getting them used to our way of football i suspect once that happens it'll go back to being decent rather then physical not going to lie though we often got kicked out games last year including the play off final so its nice to hear for once. Im presuming back on last season that will our 6ft 6 centre back he likes to use his elbow and go through people for the ball especially if the ref doesn't crack down on him  thumbsup

Appears some of your fans were a bit racist today according to Pursey which is disappointing to hear  angel

Yes, the previous times I have seen Chesham they have been one of the better footballing sides in this division, so today was rather disappointing.  thumbsup

No idea about the racism bit. I heard it kicked off after the final whistle when Chesham's number four make a w**ker gesture to the Truro fans. We do occasionally get a few idiots in, though, especially when Plymouth are away (like today).

I suspect when you come to play at The Meadow the football will be nicer then it was today once Andy has whipped them into shape. Yeah that sounds about right to be Mr Brown he's always a bit of a Kumquat Laugh  If you come up for the away leg ill buy you a pint & a burger  thumbsup
