Hard to call. Hope our scrum and maul is enough to pull us through.

Well it's that time already. A must win for Leicester, and a win for Ulster will go a long way to help ensure we get out of the group.
Come on Ulster!!!

Thing is, Tigers have a potential match for Herbst at loosehead. Herbst has done a number on every scrum hes come up against in the Rabo. Ayerza, however I would rate as one of the best looseheads in the world. He took the Australia scrum apart recently in the RC in Buenos Aires. Its going to be a great battle between them 2. Kitchener has been great in the lineout as has Van der Merwe - another big battle there.
I have it pretty even up front on paper, Tigers form before their last game was poor so they need a big performance. My concern for Ulster is that our backline hasn't been that fluent and we have had a lot of different half back partnerships with Pienaar out and Jackson out for periods as well. Need Jackson to have his kicking boots as well.

It's Andy Warwick my hopes rest on. If Herbst can hold his own, we need him and Bestie to target Balmain. Big if with a guy of his class but this is a good scrummaging front row.
We really need to be nailing those kicks.

If your Cockerill, that would annoy you so much. Massive hit, great tackle, they just didn't need to use their hands.

Huge blow for the Tigers if that is a permanent substitution.

Got the penalty wrong before hand too against McCloskey, went through the gate and cleared the man out but took out the scrum half

If anything Benjamin was looking for the penalty, the ball was his but jumped at the last minute to get the contact

Sorry, not buying that at all. I think he just didn't track it well and had to jumpnat the last second to get it.

no chance, he jumped to catch the ball which is perfectly normal. Just a pen is the right decision though.

Re: Leicester Tigers vs Ulster - Welford Road ERCC
Poite did see it being grounded and wanted to double check, which makes his question fair enough.
As for the Bowe thing, handled well Benjamin jumped late and Bowe wasn't expecting it- it happens. Nothing in it. Penalty and play on. Good reffing.
Ulster very hard done by by that knock on call though. Very frustrating.

Oh for god's sake. This is a disaster. What the hell was that? And after the Payne thing last year? Unforgivable.

Three very soft tries and an incredibly stupid yellow card. Couldn't be doing much worse.

That's disgraceful from Gilroy a cynical tackle in the air with Benjamin landing on his upper shoulder. Should have been red. I hope he gets a big ban for that he's only going to get back on because Benjamin didn't stay down for treatment.
Nice to see Tigers turning it on. Youngs and Kitchener have been outstanding.

To be fair I think the starting Tigers 15 are not that bad, barring the centers situation. The bench doesnt look good at all

That's twice the receiving player has jumped into the opposition purposely going for the penalty and you still get eejits calling for red cards????????

Jeez - not an Ulster team that I recognize at the moment.
Gilroy just cost his team at least 7. Ulster players clearly all very frustrated.

A fan saying he hopes that he gets a good ban is the same as the actual tigers team citing someone?

Thats not what happened the second time, Gilroy was an idiot and was lucky. He won't get banned though, and what he did was so much worse than Paynes from last season.
