I was the same, didn't want to lose my place in the starting line up at football so played through it - Thankfully it seems to have made me better rather than worse

Was amazing. Loved every minute of it. Got in a slagging match on FB for people saying it was just a tribute act. Lamberts voice was fantastic and the two "oldies" still got it. There wasn't an empty seat in the O2 and everyone was up dancing.

I'm on Twist's FB, I didn't see anything about Queen. However Queen aren't as good as David Bowie or The Beatles.

How could you have missed all the posts :-/

And Queen were better than The Beatles. All four could sing and all four wrote a number 1 hit. Taylor and May are in the top 10 of their chosen instruments. Freddie was a superb singer and performer. And Deacon was a great bassist.

Beatles can jog on.

That's a good debate though, Queen v Beatles.

Unquestionably David Bowie is better than all.

But the Beatles songs were better. Dave Grohl is a uniquely talented musician but Foo Fighters are no Rolling Stones (that's ignoring my preference for FF)

Beatles songs were better? How many Beatles songs are played nowadays, especially on the radio?

I think the average person on the street could come up with more Queen songs than Beatles songs

True, but the greater whole trounces one. Have you not seen Avengers Assemble?! Laugh

I always preferred Michael Angelis over Ringo Starr when it came to Thomas. Ringo had a voice which seemed like he couldn't be bothered.

Stupidly busy day

To catch up - Musical taste is subjective, to rate one musician higher than the other is a pointless task - Did you like it?.... yes......good! Celebrate the fact that music, in whatever form can change a mood and bring a smile to your face no matter the situation. Whether Brian May or Paul McCartney is the better guitarist probably doesn't matter as long as their music meant something to someone

And Yes Viper, you are going straight to hell for that Smile

I've tried to locate a Producers character sheet from the old days but no luck. If Adam turns up then hopefully he can help out. Comedy and basic moves are usually the way forward with them if you can work with that.

Viper or hopefully Paul will have a Death Squad character sheet. Will have a look for you now pal.
