Decent all rounder Yappy, happy with him as an alternate to Catterick. He has a good kicking game so can hopefully bring the youngsters along and offer us a plan B which we've missed.

What doe DTH even stand for?

His place kicking is good but not quite his kicking from hand. Nice bloke as well apparently.

This looks a great bit of 'business' by the Scarlets. They get a very good quality winger AND it probably means those Cuthbert to Scarlets rumours can be put to bed

Matt O'Connor name dropping Peter Stringer and James Hart (didn't he just sign an extension?). With Boss and Reddan both looking like they'll make the RWC it only really leaves young McGrath with any kind of experience at 9 for Leinster.

Wonder how Munster fans would react to stringer playing in a Leinster shirt. He could do wonders for McGrath though.

He did but he isn't first choice at Grenoble anymore with the arrival of Charl McLeod at the start of the season. I'm sure if (and its a big if) he wanted to leave Grenoble that Jackman would not stand in his way.

DTH will be a loss for Glasgow but you guys still have Seymour and Lamont. There's the RWC which will no doubt show case a host of talented PI monsters for the consideration of your scouts as well.

The cumulative effect of DTH and Maitland leaving is seriously worrying, particularly with Niko off too.

Looks most likely to go dual contract route with Welsh Region. But even 40% of his salary is going to be expensive given the number of non international games he tends to play.

Cardiff Blues (his home region) must be favourite as they are particularly weak at Centre, but they now need a new coach as well, so can they afford him?

I wouldn't be surprised to see him move to Ospreys to be honest. 

Having Webb , Bigger and Roberts playing every week togeather can't be a bad thing.

Taione Vea? Well the last prop we got from Welsh was Montanella who was class...unfortunately had loads of injury problems.

Is that not a bit of a risk? What if Worcester do win promotion? You know Tait is off to France and potential alternative FB signings future's could already be decided by the time Pennell's future is confirmed either way.

I do continue to admire Chris Pennell's loyalty to his club however, he could have easily jumped ship at the end of last season and stayed in the AP (even if just on loan).

Ah they'll just raid Tyneside for Tait Jr or Hammersley....

On a serious note...pennell would be good for tigers and them for him.

We have Morris, Scully and Bell who can all comfortably slot in at fb. Pennell would be just about the perfect realistic replacement for Tait.

The Chiefs lock sounds like a Kiwi equivalent of Deacon so happy days there.

Visser? Like Quins need another winger. Roberts would be a big marquee signing for them but fit into the team.

Are Quins falling into the trap Glaws did and are still paying for? It's all very well having great backs, but without forwards to win you the ball they can't do a lot.

Quins only really need a big horrible second row and a beast at 6. They should be able to recruit them. There's plenty of big aggressive players out there.
