Email address change

I've just realised that the email address I have registered on here is one that is now defunct, and there doesn't seem to be any way for me to update this in my profile. Can someone please help?

I have now asked this question in the Help section, which is surely the better place for it.

But while I'm in the Feedback section... looking at the home page, this seemed the likeliest thread to post my question on. Could I suggest the word "Help" is included within the description of the Help thread's parent (Site rules, chat box & other announcements), as it wasn't at all obvious to me (or, presumably, to any of the 100+ people who viewed my original question) that I would find it there rather than here.
