Re: Euro Division Homepage
I like to build teams up as well (or try to) that's one of the main things that appeals to me, that's why I don't usually mind resetting when it's decided.

I like to cause arguments for no reason, then quit. That appeals to me right now. Did I mention Miky that your mother is great in the sack?

He just needs to do a deal that sells another team all his best players on the cheap before he goes

Anyways Afro would you ever come back to these leagues as a manager again?
Probably. At the moment I am struggling to muster any interest in it, but that regularly changes. In the past I have been tempted back by taking teams at the bottom and trying to take them to the top, but even that doesn't appeal at the moment.
Running scared that I'm doing another Porto

Would I of wanted to be in the leagues when the Porto side was around Hero?

Petrified
Said to Viva a while back about him taking over once the season was over. I posted as much on here at the time.
But I have asked him to let me do the tactics against you this week as my sign off.

Re: Euro Division Homepage
I think the fourth season should be the final one when you look at the quality coming into the league now.
I also think we should change the set up when we reboot.

Re: Euro Division Homepage
I agree with the fourth season being the last of the current league. In terms of setup, if we simply re-boot using the same format I doubt we'd get to four seasons again so yes, let's change some things up

That's what we like about you Miky. You're enthusiastic, while also being mild-mannered. This country could do with more Mikys, less Bulls.

I don't want to talk too much about rule changes right now because then people start to look forward too much and not care about what's going to happen now.

Re: Euro Division Homepage
Thanks Azzy.
Before we move on from it I would like to say that I enjoyed bidding for our teams when we were given a set amount of money and a threshold in which we were allowed to bid on in terms of team value in one of the previous leagues.
I'm not too sure if many others liked it or not though. I'm ok with most options though to be completely honest.

I like the bidding element too, as we've gone four seasons without it, perhaps that's a good starting point.
But as Trebs says, let's leave it for next week. We have his live commentary to look forward to

I'd like a draft setup for next time round, would people be willing to use WhatsApp to assist in it?

I don't think Trebs was able to do the commentary unless he got them all yesterday he said.

I don't think that system needs WhatsApp to work, but if necessary yes. Could always use Twitter?

Re: Euro Division Homepage
Why would you get a 4GB phone? You should add a memory card onto your phone.
Re: Euro Division Homepage
Came as 4GB Viva, this was early 2013. No need to upgrade as it works just fine and I now pay £5.47 a month for unlimited calls, internet and texts.

O2 Trebs. Been with them since they were BT Cellnet in 1998. Stay that long with a provider and they'll give you the cheapest deals. I could have had an iphone 6 for really good value but I've long since turned my back on Apple.

Why have you turned your back on Apple?

Since Steven Jobs died its gone downhill. A bit like Man United when Alex Ferguson left.

Re: Euro Division Homepage
Ever since my iphone needed charging three times a day for basic use, even after a battery change, and after itunes was so restrictive. I've changed PCs so many times that all the songs I've paid for and moved to my ipod can't be put in my itunes, as you can only have 5 registered devices in an ipod's life. Which wasn't the case when I bought it. As you can't burn CDs using songs on your ipod, only from your library, it means I'm having to buy a ton of stuff again. So I bought a generic mp3 player and now buy CDs. More expensive, but not a penny goes to the thieving bar stewards at Apple.
