LILY TOMLIN - YOU BEAUTY!!!
We're going to Wembley!
No more than Boro have deserved. We've pretty much dominated this game so far.

Uh-oh.
Leadbitter's hurt after making a lung-busting run back to get a tackle in to block an attempted cross.
Physio on...some magic spray...and it looks like he'll try and run it off.

1-0 at half time and Boro looking pretty comfortable. Brentford with a couple of half chances but thats it.
Looks like Woodgate will be coming on for Friend second half.
Leadbitter struggling and Bamford was warming up before the whistle, so Karanka may be doing a bit of reshuffling.

Are you talking about his appearance or his defending?
His tackling is atrocious - even for a midfielder. I can't understand why AK has made him a makeshift defender.

Re: 2014/15 Championship Thread
LMAO!
Massive pitch invasion at the final whistle despite pleas from the club to stay in the stands.
Could be some trouble over this...not that anyone will care.
Poignant final sub by AK with Woodgate coming on and taking the captain's armband from Leadbitter.
Jesus - on this form I'd fancy us to beat Ipswich or Norwich...or even both combined!
Bring on Wembley!!!

I'm not one that is shocked by them ticket prices. Although I didn't get tickets for the FA Cup Semi-Final (which was a huge shame), the prices were ridiculous, although I don't think they were as much anyway. Although on one website I found 3 tickets available for £220!

Good work Boro, the best away game lives on for next season.
Good luck to both Norwich and Ipswich today. If I was a betting man, Norwich would be pick.

Re: 2014/15 Championship Thread
After watching Middlesborough yesterday i think Norwich are 99% guaranteed for Promotion.
Norwich XI: Ruddy, Whittaker, Martin (c), Bassong, Olsson; Redmond, Howson, Tettey, Johnson, Hoolahan, Jerome.
Ipswich XI: Bialkowski, Mings, Chambers (c), Smith, Berra, Skus, Anderson, Bru, Bishop, Murphy, Sears.

Middlesborough seemed to struggle with Andre Gray (should of had atleast 2) CamJam will five knuckle shuffle all over them on a massive Wembley pitch

Why is Rodger East officiating? He made a hash of one of the play off games last season. FA will never learn.

Only problem is, CamJam hasn't managed it in 2 games against us, what a comfortable win, Brentford talked the talk but couldn't walk the walk.Fernando wrote:Middlesborough seemed to struggle with Andre Gray (should of had atleast 2) CamJam will five knuckle shuffle all over them on a massive Wembley pitch
Adomah will love the big Wembley pitch and he's right on form for it, didn't even need to put Bamford on, but he'll be back for the final no doubt about that.
Got my ticket, got the coach, WE'RE AT WEMBLEY on merit, 38000 tickets, the Red Army is on the march.
C'MON THE BORO!

You're conveniently forgetting Tomlin and Adomah missed great chances (could have been 5 for us). Also if thats what Jerome is in to, I hope he's arrested for gross indecency!
Still, I'm quite happy if everyone writes us off. We always play the underdog role very well.

What are you complaining about? Norwich are winning now...
You are a very strange lad, Olly.
Still, its been that sort of game...it was going to take an error, moment of brilliance...or in this case a blatant handball, to get things going.
Ipswich down to 10 men...should be a formality now. Look forward to seeing Norwich in the final.

Ipswich are a solid side. But unless they can grab another scrappy goal quickly, you'd suspect they're going to be overstretched by Norwich
