- How they work:
Bids are made on this TP page. The highest bidder at the close of the window gets the player. With the following caveats:- The main window in open for weeks 1-2 and weeks 6-7. This means the window is open between 9am Tuesday 19th May to 9am on Monday 1st June; and 9am Monday 29th June to 9am Monday 13th July.
- Within each window, each week day represents a mini window, which runs 9am to 9am the following weekday. Weekends are excluded from this (i.e. Fridays window starts at 9am Friday and ends 9am on Monday)
- You can sign a maximum of 3 players per TP week.
- At the close of each days mini window (9am), there is then a 2 hour extension for continued bidding on the players that have been bid on in that window. After each new bid, that 2 hours begins again. The extension will continue until no new bid has been placed for 2 hours.
- If any bidding extension gets to 5pm, the clock stops and then restarts at 9am the following weekday.
- The minimum bid is the players value on TM
- A new bid must be at least 5% higher than the existing highest bid, with a minimum increase of £100k
- You can only bid up to the value of your available transfer budget (money in the bank) at the time of your bid.
- A bid is binding. If you win, you must take that player.
- If you are the current highest bidder on a player, the value of your bid is deducted from your available budget towards other players, until you are outbid.
- Your bid must be clear, showing the players name, club and amount bid.
- The main window in open for weeks 1-2 and weeks 6-7. This means the window is open between 9am Tuesday 19th May to 9am on Monday 1st June; and 9am Monday 29th June to 9am Monday 13th July.

You don't deserve one if that's the case.

Re: TP Bids
As much as the back-pedalling helps my budget, it doesn't change the fact that the vast majority of manager couldn't afford to be buying players two days ago, and now they can.
It's why I've been saving cash for TPs, knowing I can get a boost for the end of the season.
Now that everyone can strengthen their teams, my entire strategy for the season has been blown to shi7e. I just don't see why I should bother when the entire foundation of the league has been fractured as it has.
And please don't take this as dissatisfaction with the league, or how you've managed it. It's been great, I've enjoyed it immensely. But this has ruined all my plans, all my enjoyment, and wasted hours of my time. I'm Azzy Badmood today and I can tell you, my staff have been bearing the brunt of that.

Re: TP Bids
I do think we're way too reliant on TM for everything in this league. I've said it before.

I think this goes along with what I said on the main page earlier about players suddenly becoming more affordable. Budgets should have been altered too, to put us back to status quo. That or, convert budgets into Euros at the old rate and become a Euro based game.

Re: TP Bids
I'll just keep bidding to £47m, no point in having all that cash stored up. May as well waste it on average midfielders seeing as every Tom, Dick and Harry can afford the cream that I've worked for weeks to afford.

Sorry. I meant the best right back in the world after Alan Hutton and Tony Hibbert.
Bacca is better than them hero. His link up play is brilliant, he can pass the ball, good dribbler, pretty strong, can finish, good at headers, deadly in the 6 yard box

Azzy's not being serious with his bid afro. What if the new manager that replaces azzy doesn't want Bender and is left with an unwanted Bender in his team.
