World Cup Winners
The current list of winners:
NZ, SA, Aus, England.
Based on strength and standing within the game we can realistically expect France to win it in the next few attempts.
Ireland, maybe?
Can we see Argentina winning it in the next 20 years?
Does anyone have any thoughts on who/when someone from outside of these countries will emerge to win it.
There needs to be some evidence for names put forward - people these days dream about USA, Russia, Brazil landing to conquer Planet Rugby, but there is little evidence for that yet.
On the other hand, does it matter who wins? Is it more important to have a tournament where individual games are unpredictable, peppered with the odd shock, but in the end the big boys somehow make it through to the business end.
