He had lost the ball. It was heading towards a Samoan player and he slapped it.

It was a deliberate knock on, and Hogg knocked it on to keep it out of reach from the Samoan player.

They don't. I think the ref missed a dangerous clear out too and should of penalised the knock on by hogg
