It was bound to happen eventually, to pay his fighters decent money he has no other option, the bulk of the boxnation budget goes on securing overseas fights which neglects his actual stable.

Think by the build up to Lee-Saunders you can see the subscription numbers can't be that high, add PPV to that and no fighters who are PPV worthy in frank stable then can't see it working too well

Well the only amazing fight on BN are the overseas ones and they are normally on at 4am so i can't see too many paying extra money on top of the normal fee

They already do PPV. You can buy the one off events or subscribe for the month, not sure what will change exactly.

Couldn't care less about the domestic scraps most of which are really poor
Only have BN for the overseas fights of which they missed a few this month :@

If you ignore individual months and just look at a one-off fee of £120 for a year, then Boxnation is very good value IMO.
In saying that, I can't see Boxnation expecting people to continually pay monthly fees then additional sums for "bigger" fights?!?

If its an overseas fight then probably not, although if its in the league of May vs Pac then 5 quid additional wouldn't be too much of a stretch, but if they start doing what Sky Sports do, then I'll can it
They are playing a dangerous game though, the hard core fans are the ones keeping them afloat.

Good old IFL TV have cleared this up:
If you subscribe to Boxnation then you don't have to pay any extra
If you want to buy a one off then you will get an option on Sky Box Office, I'm guessing its going to be the same price rather than the ridiculous £30+ quid

Not exactly, Boxnation has a PPV platform now that people will actually use, rather than the complete joke before forcing you to sign up and pay double the monthly subscription as a one off
Competition on PPV can only be a good thing and if Boxnation grows and shows more content, then its better for the subscribers

Yeah well that is true
However Boxnation can't afford to annoy the hardcore fan base who are the life blood of the channel

I Finally closed sky tv last month and bought the boxnation stream for livesport. The quality is brilliant and the stream is steady.

I had to bite the bullet and get Virgin Media because I need to record the shows as I can't watch them live
Does it offer chances to watch the repeats or is it just a stream of what the channel shows?
Also Boxnation is now on Freeview if not (Which is what I needed only 2 months ago )

Re: Boxnation ppv?
Only whats on the tele but there are a couple of repeats, Think their main cards get repeated during the week. Lee vs Saunders is back on shortly.
Re: Boxnation ppv?
From what warren said i can't see this working that well unless they are able to use sky sports news etc to advertise events
