Palace's recent form in the league is dismal - only one point taken in Jan and Feb. If they lose tonight they could soon slip into the fringes of the relegation fight.

Fairy tales rarely happen. Tottenham have more chance of winning the league than Leicester do.
And so the process of dropping regulation 3-pointers begins; all part of Leicester's inevitable collapse.

We're 19th, but having not played for nearly three weeks, our position has actually been improved, with two weeks of results going our way. Equal points with Norwich & Sunderland, with two games in hand on them both & a game in hand on Swansea, who go to Arsenal next. Time for our boys to deliver now.

Brave second half, ultimately a poor officiating decision has cost us a point
Swansea away Saturday is the very definition of must win. Don't win that and we have no hope, win and we have a glimmer

Not unusual, it's usually the three weeks prior to the season starting when they're full of hope and optimism for the season ahead only to quickly then realise they're as pants as every year prior once it commences.

Get used to it Hero, well you must be now, it's been three years and counting, that you're experiencing the same feeling with your side.

Oh very much!
Our summers are; buy a few exciting players, sell the older ones, beat a decent team in a friendly tournament with exciting football. Season starts and return to depression.

Tettey out for the rest of the season with a broken foot
Just when your luck can't get any worse your player of the season so far gets injured
Now the ineffective and horrible unfit Mulumbu will have to play - oh joy

Re: We Go Again! The Premier League thread
Thought Norwich looked OK going forward. Created some opportunities and had someone other than Cameron Jerome been there to take them might have nicked something from the game. Defence was awful though.
Chelsea were shocking second half, almost as if they thought they'd done enough with the second goal, and they barely bothered playing. Didn't really deserve the win, but I'll take it, not a million miles off European places now.
Oh, the decision for the Costa goal was dreadful, not even a difficult one as the defence was fairly lined up, and he's a clear yard offside. How the linesman missed it is beyond me. Nice finish though...

Story of our season pretty much summed up there MFC - look good, can't finish and can't defend coupled with breaks/luck not going our way either
Lack of summer activity haunting us

Released on bail until the sentencing hearing which will most likely impose a significant custodial sentence. The judge has said the case fall into the category of a five year sentence with a range of four to ten years.

To be fair, City have basically the same team as Sunday so they're nackered. We've got a fair few fresher players.
I love Flanagan.
