I know some of you write your promos on the site an end up losing them as they crash...I know that Olly does because he doesn't have Word on his computer and I assume it's the same for others as well...go download Openoffice, it's got all the programs that Word has but it's free.

I am giving 1-2-1 today, in which my line manager sits in on so she can give me feedback on.my 1-2-1 techniques. Happebs once a quarter it's terrifying.

We do 1-2-1's 3 times a year in the Civil Service over here, its a nightmare but the upward feedback can be fun

I have to do one a month, so 72 a year plus my 12.

Bets for the season? Hard to look past Yorkshire winning Div 1, and fancy Sussex to win Div 2. I would put a pound on Notts defeating Surrey in the first round of games too

Hard to disagree with those two, although I'd imagine they're both favourites? The only thing that could possibly stop Yorkshire is international call ups, but it didn't affect them last year

I'd also go for Lancashire (reluctantly) and possibly Durham to drop down from Div 1

Hard to disagree i would go with Glamorgan to in the middle of 9f table somewhere .

If you fancy a outsider bet - Kent to win the T20 blast, and Leicesteshire to go up from Div 2

Yeah - those are my two for winning the divisions too. Not betting on them though because they are too short. Think Yorkshire have enough depth even with call ups haven't they - ridiculous squad.

Lancashire without Ashwell Prince's runs are going to be in trouble. I think Hampshire will join them.

I'm looking at the matches this weekend. I go trebles from 5.

Think Notts and Durham on early season Trent and Riverside should be decent bets.

If the Leicestershire one were to come off in a division with one promotion place I would shine your shoes. Not seeing that one in a million years.

They've made some good signings for that level, should be a strong batting side and they'll cause the odd upset but the bowling's a bit weak for them to be proper contenders for me
