On behalf of all my V2 homies I'd like to wish Reading the best of luck tomorrow in their quest to return to back to where they belong.

Both of these sides need some serious additions if they make the PL.

Probably the most mediocre play-off final ever. Should give everyone hope that these two made it

Hard luck to Reading.

Not the way to lose a final.

That's what Reading do - very Van Gaal Utd-esque. Just dull. Huddersfield should be a breath of fresh air to the PL, but they will need to bring in some depth. That squad is thin

In fairness, well done to Reading for getting to the final.
Staam has done a great job.

They should be up there again next season.

Huddersfield Town get into the play-offs with a negative goal difference, having challenged for a top two spot until about eight games to go - when they got 7 points out of 24, scoring 4 goals, conceding 11. Then manage to get promoted after only scoring once in three matches in open play in the play-offs. And all this done on the fifth lowest budget in the Championship, having finished in 19th position in the previous season. Something just doesn't compute.

Weak division this year in my opinion. I'd probably go with M'Boro & Aston Villa as leading contenders next season. Doubt Reading will replicate this next season.

Fantastic appointment...plays the style of football Boro are after and has shown in his tenure with Leeds he is a capable manager in the Championship.

Gibson has stated that he will bankroll a significant summer of spending, which while im sure will annoy plenty, I dont think we will be the only ones.

I have heard plenty of chatter amongst people with close ties to both Gibson and the inner workings of the club that this is the last roll of the dice for Gibson and his funding of the club...rumours are he will fund one last push at promotion with the aim of having a premiership ready squad well before actually being in it! If thats true I am both excited and anxious...because if we fail to go up then Mr Middlesbrough may just be walking 12 months from now!

I think Monk is a great appointment, but Leeds's end of season collapse would just worry me in the back of my mind if I were a fan

Could probably do with another forward as Hogan injury prone.
Although if he stays fit and finds form, him and Kodjia could be deadly up front.
Happy enough with the squad overall.

Baker, Veretout gone. Tshibola on loan.
Elphick, Gardner, Cissokho, McCormack.close to leaving.
Would also get shot of Bacuna, Lydon, probably Jedinak to, although think Bruce wants to keep him as another cb.

Can't get rid of Richards as he's on 50k and no other club would match that and quite right.

Gonna be another tough season.
Hopefully we can go up.

Looking forward to next Saturday now.
We shall see what happens.

Hopefullly Murphy can score a few for Forest

I'm hoping we'll be clear of relegation this season but suspect anything more than chasing the tails of the playoff sides will be beyond us this season.

Will be absolutely hilarious if Boro don't go up. The money they have spent is beyond belief.

Them and Villa I think will go up.

Play offs is anyone guess, the usual suspects will be up there, then there will be a completely random team in the mix as well (E.G Huddersfield)
