Trel playing your normal games is annoying just being a tit and making comments like that against Ireland is different.

Just very angry at the homer ref and our dire performance Rory. Ireland have played their game as I knew they would, fair play.

Congratulations Ireland you undoubtedly deserved the win.
England were never at the races, didn't fire a shot.
What was England's game plan other than to play position?
Quite frankly we bottled it.
Once again congratulations go to Ireland.

Well played Ireland
To be honest it's the right result : England have been fair value for winning the 6 nations , but not really good enough to deserve the slam.
Still some work to do ...and perhaps forget about the ABs for a bit...

It shows the danger in a soft win against a Poopie team like the Scots.

Not a great performance from Ireland but a terrible one from England.
Worst England performance under EJ, totally bottled it. All the basic skills out the window, lacking physicality.
Some dirty tricks from Ireland and shambolic refereeing but not affecting the result.

It was a good run that only 1 other team in the world have managed. Still a positive 6 nations again and I think the loss will help us in the long term.

Well played Ireland the better team on the day. Really held on to the ball and kept England at bay.
Thought O'marney Played out of his skin. Well deserved Man of the Match.
I don't think England Thought it would be easy. But like i said Well played Ireland on a great win.

Well done Ireland. Definitely the better team.
I'm actually not too frustrated by that, we probably needed a loss. I think if the game was 5 minutes longer we'd have won, and I think that is pretty much the best Ireland can play. They'll be lots of talk of how it was a momentous underdog victory, but at the start of the tournament I made Ireland favourites, and playing them away was always a tough ask.
It's still another title and we're still the most consistent team for another year. Chin up England fans.

Well done England on the 6ns.
But today you just didn't raise your game.
Here's to next year.
But it might not have been pretty but we won. Ooooooo yeah

Congratz to England they are deserved champions but didn't deserve the slam.
Dodgy against France and lucky against Wales, before finally losing to Ireland.

no complaints. A team on the up got stifled by a performance of limitless courage and limited ambition. As EJ has been saying to anyone who'll listen, it's a 4 year plan and there will be setbacks along the way. Of all the other nations who could have de-wheeled the chariot, thank God it was the Irish. Top fellers and refreshingly free from narky chips on shoulders. Have a great craic in Dublin and beyond tonight, you earned it.

CONGRATULATIONS IRELAND.
Great knowing the team we beat last week beats the World Class 2nd best team in the world and prevents the Slam which is the real prize, were it not for 1 dodgy kick we'd have done it first.

I wouldn't take it out on posters like trebell - they don't represent the majority of English fans on here by any stretch of the imagination. Plus his commentary was quite entertaining.
Congratulations on winning the trophy - still the winners, like.

Really happy that Ireland won but it does paper over what a poor coach Schmidt actually is. Only injuries, again, forced him to play the correct players in their correct positions.
Hard lines England, thought you may get that in the end.

Cheers , Rory. Wish I was in Dublin tonight with my big London accent - I can imagine the craic and I've love to have been part of it. Lest we forget, England are actually 6N Champions and won it a week early, both I think for the second year in a row. I'll take it!
