The Masters Competition - Final Leaderboard

robopz had a one shot lead over TexasWedge and 4putt going into the final round of this year's Masters. All three had Garcia and Rose with robopz leading after three days with Fowler making the difference.

With Fowler having a 76 in the final round that lead the way for TexasWedge and 4putt to get back into the competition and after the fourth round all three were tied in first place with Garcia, Rose and McIlroy leaving them on -21.

So just like in Augusta we had a playoff and the next best selections counting. All three had Spieth on -1 but robopz and 4putt also had Fowler and Matsuyama on -1 while TexasWedge's fifth best was Mickelson on +2. That meant it went down the the sixth players and robopz came out on top with Day on +2.

So congratulations goes to robopz on winning The Masters Competition    

Also well done to 4putt for going so close to winning back-to-back competitions after winning the US PGA Competition at the end of last year.

First off, an apology. I had no idea I had won the PGA Comp last year. You must think I was very rude not to comment. I can only think I was away on a golf trip or traveling to the UK, preventing me from checking.
This years Masters. I knew I was in with a shout having Rose and Garcia so woke up at 2.30am to watch. Play finished about 6.00am. Had breakfast and went up to the driving range before it got too hot. I had previously looked at Texaswedge's selections and mistakenly assumed he had won, not realising I was still in the running. Just wish I knew that we could have substitutes. Only having 5 selections a bit of a disadvantage in the play off.
Naturaly disappointed having missed out but the news that I'm finally on the honours board with last years PGA compensates.
