I'm happy to update all the tables and so on for team of the week / season and check it all works, but people should be able to input the data pretty easily
I am happy to enter all the scorers and assists - I have been doing it in order to get the table updated anyway. I'd probably prefer to do them all then be waiting for someone else before I can do the table

In which case its just entering the lineups and player ratings. I'm sure the other 8 of us can manage that

Are the images of the ratings at the end of matches okay to gather that off btw. I try to leave it on long enough for people to be able to pause etc

Yep, that's where I get the scorers/assists from. I imagine the same for ratings

I think we need unanimous agreement to get Week 4 underway tomorrow.

How about:
Week 3
- current lawyers are open until midday tomorrow
Week 4
- new lawyers and injuries up after midday tomorrow
- tactics submitted by COB Monday
Week 5
- new lawyers and injuries up Wednesday midday
- tactics submitted by COB Friday
The enthusiasm at the moment may even mean we can get to regularly doing two games a week!
Fine with this schedule
Bit confused. What day would be the squad cut off day now then? Because I'm out for most of the weekend doing London Marathon stuff and would like some time to do some research for possible foreigns on Monday before buying. Plus my working week is going to be bedlam because I'm off on holiday to Mexico for 2 weeks on the 29th.
I like the schedule but I'm asking for bit of leeway if I can submit tactics at the latest of COB Tuesday please.

I don’t see why we couldn’t do squad cut off end of Monday and tactics end of Tuesday

Gotta say the enthusiasm for the FIFA league is something else.
I'm happy with shizzle moving forwards. At this rate we'll be having weekend league games and midweek cups

Re: Challenge League Homepage V
Personally think we should leave the league games where they are, and introduce an optional midweek cup competition if people feel that urge to have more than one game per week.
We'd only be muddying the waters otherwise.

I’m happy either way. With games being done this week even before the squad cut off had passed, was trying to fill the thumb twiddling time

I think I agree with Marky. I like the set structure and things on a certain day.
If we say cup games have no injuries and it's best team against best team, then I think doing tactics for it is literally a 5min job.

Maybe have a friendlies page, and if we have time on our side, and Hero does too, arrange the extra games for people to see what works and what doesn't. Almost like how real life clubs have behind closed doors friendlies during the season when they have a break.

They wouldn't count towards young players getting their 2 games for their TM value obviously

Re: Challenge League Homepage V
Whenever I do have spare time I'm happy to run friendlies for people, did a couple last weekend for Afro just to check he can actually score! (he won both 2-0)
Wingers, do we count them in regards to TOTW as midfielders or forwards as there's 4 midfielder slots and 2 forward ones?

I'm thinking we should have gone with a 433 formation with wingers counted as forwards

I've also put in drop down lists for positions on the weekly tabs .. may speed things up very slightly, but more importantly makes sure my tables work

I reckon so, usually get an hour or two free at the end of each night once the Mrs has gone to bed.

It'll be interesting to see if Suarez makes TOTW, he got 8.2 and MOTM but he probably had the fewest touches of any of my attackers

Only difference was Christensen in place of Bailly (grrr)
Tino certainly had his best week players wise with 4 in there.
