Just realised that when I drew fixtures I managed to draw myself against last years top 5 in the first 5 weeks of the season

I only watched it the once but thought it was quite even. Have to rewatch it later.
Thought I had blown it and was hanging on a bit before Payet's winner.
Got to say that I am surprised and delighted with my start. 10 points from 12 against last seasons top 4 and Suarez scoring goals

1st half I got absolutely pasted, couldn't get the ball beyond the half way line and your forwards were through on my defence every time
Set pieces were handy though, but you deserved the win

FIFA 19 is now available on EA Access for Xbox One users. I'm going to tinker about with it over the coming days to get my head round the updated dynamic tactics that have replaced custom tactics.

Sign of a good team
I agree though. Stats were fairly even but I was surprised about. I think I scored from my two moments of quality, especially the passing and finish for Suarez’s goal.
Watched your game. Did you tweak to the formation I mentioned?

Yeah have done for the past two games and think it's shown as Neymar is more involved though I'm not as freescoring as I was with the 433.

Think it's too late but two possible season goals for me now.
1. If Afro wins all his games I will be proud I kept him to a draw
2. Beating Hero in the last game and screwing him out of the title for the 2nd time.

Re: Challenge League Homepage VII
I won't win all my remaining games. The league is so competitive that I will drop points, I'm just leaning on the fact that it is equally competitive for everyone and they will drop an equal number of points as me!!

Re: Challenge League Homepage VII
I was having a quick look at who each of me, Olly and Hero have to play still, and current league position.
If you apply points (1 point for 1st, 2 points for 2nd etc), then Hero and Olly's run in gets 24 points and mine gets 25.
And the difference in mine and Olly's points is effectively our own league positions with us playing each other. So it's a pretty even run in

Fluxy and me still have an outside chance but it will take some big swing results. Definitely going to the last game again.

Olly's team seems to have great stamina, think there's been a few games where he's comeback in the 2nd half having been losing prior.

True and whats in your favour is that you both have to play 2 of the top 3 (you have Hero and Olly, Fluxy has me and Olly), so it's in your own hands to take the points from them.

Whilst that was over me I think it was a great and fitting end to last season, one of the things I much prefer about this league and how results are decided is that if you lose a game you can't blame anyone apart from yourself. There's no bias voting, no dubious results etc where everyone is scratching their head as to why Team A didn't beat Team B, upsets happen as they do in real life but people accept them on this league more.
Saying all that, I'd love it if my team smash yours in the last game

If there isn't anything to play for then I'm sure they will. But you know how your team bottle it when the pressure is on.
I think I should of kept my title winning team together. Stand out performers for me are Lukaku, Partey and Almiron, all 1st season players. Almiron especially just seems to change things when he comes on....god knows why!
There are a few results where I have felt I was lucky or my opponent was lucky but never did I feel cheated. Just like games for real.

Funny, I was thinking exactly the same thing this morning. The result is the result and no one can or does argue about it.
Was exactly what we were hoping to fix by moving to FIFA, but has been even better than I thought
