BlueCoverman may not have had the most picks score points but the three that did all finished in the top six and crucially he had both Brooks Koepka and Tiger Woods for a 1-2 finish.  SirBenson also had the 1-2 finish and they were the two picks that scored for him.  Both Davie and kouchi had five picks score and the quality of  kouchi's picks earned a second place finish.  AlciG, Eyetoldyouso, and Super_Realist all had four picks score; Alci had Woods while Super had Koepka, Eye paid for a lack of quality.  GPB, Pedro, and Sand all had three picks score; Pedor had Koepkad and Sand had Woods.  Kwinigolfer, Raycastleunited, SetupDetermines, and TheCleaver all had two picks score points; Ray and Setup both had Woods.  Wiretapper had one pick score points.

Tiger Woods, Rafa Cabrera Bello, and Tyrrell Hatton all shot 64 to tie for the low round of the day.  Woods was the only pick.  Club Professional Ben Kern is now ranked 1205 in the world after his T42 finish.  No one picked Kern either.

Gary Woodland showed some early nerves as Brooks Koepka started to apply pressure.  Folks seemed to get off to a hot start only to falter on the back nine.  The low round score was set by Adam Scott late in the day and scores of 67 were enough to make the Top 10 Low Round scores.  Seven picks managed that and multiple Fantasy Leaguers had multiple picks score.

Pedro, Sand, and SetupDetermines all had three picks score points while AlciG, BlueCoverman, Eyetoldyouso, GPB, I'm Never Wrong, SirBenson, and Super_Realist all had two picks score points.  Davie, kouchi, and Raycastleunited each had one pick score points.

Round two was finished on Saturday and the cut fell at even par.  A number of Fantasy Leaguers were close to having the full set for the final rounds; BlueCoverman missed out by one shot while Davie, Eyetoldyouso, I'm Never Wrong, and kouchi missed out by a couple more.  Raycastleunited didn't have that problem as he has all nine picks through.  AlciG, GPB, Kwinigolfer, Pedro, Sand, SetupDetermines, Super_Realist, and TheCleaver all have seven picks through; Sand and TheCleaver earned two cut bonuses.  Wiretapper and SirBenson have six and five picks respectively, neither earned a cut bonus.
Brooks Koepka and Charl Schwartzel both shot 63 in round two.  BlueCoverman, Pedro, SirBenson, and Super_Realist all benefited from Koepka's fine play.

The race for Low Club Professional is over.  Ben Kern was the only one to make the cut and no one picked him.

Rickie Fowler set the early lead with a 65 only to see Gary Woodland go one better late in the afternoon with a 64.  Lots of players got to -3 and stalled out but 67 was enough to make the Top 5 Low Round scores.  Fifteen players are at that mark or better and just two were not picked by the Fantasy League.

Six Fantasy Leaguers, Davie, Eyetoldyouso, GPB, kouchi, Kwinigolfer, and TheCleaver, had three picks score.  Four Fantasy Leaguers, AlciG, Sand, Super_Realist, and Wiretapper, had two picks score points, while BlueCoverman, I'm Never Wrong, Pedro, Raycastleunited, and SirBenson all had one pick score.  SetupDetermines is still to get off of the mark.

Ben Kern is the best placed Club Professional after a round of 71.  The closest picks are Rich Berberian-Jr and Sean McCarty with 74s.  All will have to go low tomorrow to make sure they make the cut.

Bellerive hosts the 100th edition of the PGA Championship.  Justin Thomas is the defending champion fresh off of a win at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.  The PGA Championship typically has a strong field with the top 100 in the World Rankings being invited.  This year 98 of the top 100 are playing; Bernd Wiesberger and Joost Luiten have not taken up their invitation.  Two Zach Johnsons are playing; one is a two time major winner and the other is a Club Professional.

There are three Categories where you will need pick three players, plus reserve, from each one.  There are bonus points available if you get all of your picks through in any category.  Get all 9 picks through and you get an even bigger bonus.  It's all way down at the bottom in the scoring section if you are interested.

There are 20 Club Professionals in the field, idenitfied by (CP) after their name, so we will have a separate pick for Club Professional. The Club Professional pick does not have to be one of your Cat C picks unless you so desire.  30 points will be on offer for correctly picking the Club Professional; if no Club Professional make the cut then no points will be awarded.

This is a full field with cut event, cut points will be available; see above.

RULES

Picking players: Unless stated, pick a total of 9 players as follows:
Pick 3 players from each category, plus a reserve per category.
Pick 1 Club Professional identified by (CP) after their name.

Event winner: The person with the most total points at the completion of each event will be declared the winner. In case of a tie, those involved will match-off each picks' final position score in descending order. i.e. Player A's best finish vs. Player B's best finish, Player A's 2nd best finish vs. Player B's 2nd best finish, etc... until one's pick finishes better than the other(s).

If there is a tie after all 9 picks have been matched against each other, those involved will be declared co-winners.

Player Withdrawals: If you pick a player who withdraws during a tournament, that player will be eligible for points for all completed rounds and making the cut if they withdraw after the cut. It must be apparent that the player completed their round for them to be eligible for either the low round, worse round, top 5, or top 10 low round scores.  If a player withdraws before starting the tournament then your reserve will be put in that player's place. It is up to you to check that your players are in the starting field.

Failure to submit valid picks: If you do not submit valid picks you will be awarded zero points for each invalid pick.

Deadlines: Picks must ideally be submitted before the first drive is struck on the first day of the tournament.  However, late picks submitted after the tournament has begun must be for players who have yet to start (or are not showing a score on europeantour.com, PGATour.com, etc.), and these will not be valid unless they are seconded by any other league member.

All fantasy league disputes and discrepancies will be considered by the League Judge: LadyPutt. All decisions made by the League Judge are final.

Round two was finished on Saturday and the cut fell at even par.  A number of Fantasy Leaguers were close to having the full set for the final rounds; BlueCoverman missed out by one shot while Davie, Eyetoldyouso, I'm Never Wrong, and kouchi missed out by a couple more.  Raycastleunited didn't have that problem as he has all nine picks through.  AlciG, GPB, Kwinigolfer, Pedro, Sand, SetupDetermines, Super_Realist, and TheCleaver all have seven picks through; Sand and TheCleaver earned two cut bonuses.  Wiretapper and SirBenson have six and five picks respectively, neither earned a cut bonus.

Brooks Koepka and Charl Schwartzel both shot 63 in round two.  BlueCoverman, Pedro, SirBenson, and Super_Realist all benefited from Koepka's fine play.

The race for Low Club Professional is over.  Ben Kern was the only one to make the cut and no one picked him.

Gary Woodland showed some early nerves as Brooks Koepka started to apply pressure.  Folks seemed to get off to a hot start only to falter on the back nine.  The low round score was set by Adam Scott late in the day and scores of 67 were enough to make the Top 10 Low Round scores.  Seven picks managed that and multiple Fantasy Leaguers had multiple picks score.

Pedro, Sand, and SetupDetermines all had three picks score points while AlciG, BlueCoverman, Eyetoldyouso, GPB, I'm Never Wrong, SirBenson, and Super_Realist all had two picks score points.  Davie, kouchi, and Raycastleunited each had one pick score points.

BlueCoverman may not have had the most picks score points but the three that did all finished in the top six and crucially he had both Brooks Koepka and Tiger Woods for a 1-2 finish.  SirBenson also had the 1-2 finish and they were the two picks that scored for him.  Both Davie and kouchi had five picks score and the quality of  kouchi's picks earned a second place finish.  AlciG, Eyetoldyouso, and Super_Realist all had four picks score; Alci had Woods while Super had Koepka, Eye paid for a lack of quality.  GPB, Pedro, and Sand all had three picks score; Pedor had Koepkad and Sand had Woods.  Kwinigolfer, Raycastleunited, SetupDetermines, and TheCleaver all had two picks score points; Ray and Setup both had Woods.  Wiretapper had one pick score points.


Tiger Woods, Rafa Cabrera Bello, and Tyrrell Hatton all shot 64 to tie for the low round of the day.  Woods was the only pick.  Club Professional Ben Kern is now ranked 1205 in the world after his T42 finish.  No one picked Kern either.
