1. How do you feel your opening game of the season went?

2. Were there any teams in the opening round of fixtures that surprised you?

3. With this being the final season prior to the reboot, will you be doing many transfers to try and mix things up or avoiding the deals?

1. How do you feel your opening game of the season went?
I undeservedly lost imho. Nando fluked it the lady of loose morals.

2. Were there any teams in the opening round of fixtures that surprised you?
As Sun Tzu once famously said "Expect the unexpected, for it shall be less dangerous when you will soon face off against enemies you will not underestimate them and risk heavy losses"

3. With this being the final season prior to the reboot, will you be doing many transfers to try and mix things up or avoiding the deals?
There's are some players I probably will not sell no matter how good the offer is, but I'm open to mixing my squad up.

4. With Mourinho seemingly having a meltdown at Man United, what is the greatest meltdown in our manager league history?
There are so many I'm finding it hard to pick one! Azzy has been in the centre of nearly all of them so summat involving him.

5. Do you expect big changes to the tactics and general matchplay within the league once FIFA 19 is implemented?
Well fifa 19 is supposedly more better tactics wise than 18. Will see how important pace and strength are as they are the most important stats.

6. Any plans to buy FIFA 19? And also what is your favourite mode?
I'll buy it, even tho its probably the same game as 18 with some slight improvements. Ultimate team but I refuse to spend money in fifa points.

7. Are you in any RL fantasy football leagues? How is it going if so?
No. It's too much of a hassle to change players every week but I respect the grind that some people do put into it.

8. Popcorn or Nachos?
Popcorn slightly edges it for me.

1. How do you feel your opening game of the season went?

Wanted to get off to a good start against a Brisbane team finding its way under a new manager, but sadly wasn't to be. Chances were there just not quite clinical enough, but was a fair results

2. Were there any teams in the opening round of fixtures that surprised you?

Olly seems to have Hero's number, think he's dropped points in every game on FIFA against the Mariners. Other than that it went to the form book from last season I think

3. With this being the final season prior to the reboot, will you be doing many transfers to try and mix things up or avoiding the deals?

I have got a strong core, and loath to break it up. Having said that, I would have said the same before the opportunity to bring Ronaldo in came up, so never say never. Would be looking for upgrades at the back mainly

4. With Mourinho seemingly having a meltdown at Man United, what is the greatest meltdown in our manager league history?

Not really seen many meltdowns, Miky disappearing off the face of the planet by default

5. Do you expect big changes to the tactics and general matchplay within the league once FIFA 19 is implemented?

Can't see it being massively revolutionary. The interesting thing for me will be if we can figure out a way to use the new "game plans" feature to switch tactics on the fly in some way

6. Any plans to buy FIFA 19? And also what is your favourite mode?

I think I'm unlikely to buy it on release, I'm looking at Spiderman and Red Dead Redemption 2 over the next couple of months so FIFA won't be a priority. May pick it up if it goes cheap later in the year

7. Are you in any RL fantasy football leagues? How is it going if so?

Yep, I take it quite seriously but am not very good. Currently 700k overall, usually manage to get into the top 200k

8. Popcorn or Nachos?

Nachos with a shed load of sauces

1. How do you feel your opening game of the season went?

- Disappointed, twice in the lead, twice let it slip, can't get a win v Olly and he's becoming my bogey side.

2. Were there any teams in the opening round of fixtures that surprised you?

Nando's team looks strong as does Bam's. Tino's team could be this season's dark horse though.

3. With this being the final season prior to the reboot, will you be doing many transfers to try and mix things up or avoiding the deals?

Am trying to, would like to bring in 1 player in particular to the league just to see how they do.

4. With Mourinho seemingly having a meltdown at Man United, what is the greatest meltdown in our manager league history?

I seem to recall someone going a bit racist on Nick in the early days of the leagues?

5. Do you expect big changes to the tactics and general matchplay within the league once FIFA 19 is implemented?

As long as it allows it to be implemented for CPU games I'm looking forward to it.

6. Any plans to buy FIFA 19? And also what is your favourite mode?

Guess I have to! Wouldn't be much of a league if I didn't!
For the 1st time I got into UT last season but had to stop once this league began as it kept resetting the teams Sad

7. Are you in any RL fantasy football leagues? How is it going if so?
Yeah the Premier League, doing crap as forgot Min Son was off at the Asia games.

8. Popcorn or Nachos?

Nachos and spicy dip.

1. How do you feel your opening game of the season went?
A draw is not to be sniffed at, it was a very even game which I felt my team deserved a point. We can play better though and there are some things I need to change going forward.

2. Were there any teams in the opening round of fixtures that surprised you?
I'm not sure - probably not knowledgeable enough about the rest of the league to make a judgement and that's my ignorance. Sorry.

3. With this being the final season prior to the reboot, will you be doing many transfers to try and mix things up or avoiding the deals?
I'm very keen to stamp my own blueprint on this side. I think I've done a decent job so far, even if it will be impossible for me to get some of the top players like a Neymar, Ronaldo etc.

4. With Mourinho seemingly having a meltdown at Man United, what is the greatest meltdown in our manager league history?
I've probably had a few moments but SmartestGooner probably has to be the one.

5. Do you expect big changes to the tactics and general matchplay within the league once FIFA 19 is implemented?
Probably nothing huge, can see some tweaks being made but I haven't got enough to grips with FIFA 18 to have much of an opinion.

6. Any plans to buy FIFA 19? And also what is your favourite mode?
I'm not desperate for it on release day. Often there tends to be a good deal in one of the supermarkets a few weeks after, so I'll keep an eye out for that.
Career mode desperately needs a revamp but I'm having fun playing through as Crewe (the lowest value team in the FL) and getting them out of League Two. Have set rules for myself, so no signing Free Agents or out of contract players.
I think some sort of career mode challenge could be fun but I need to work out what it should be. I did Huddersfield Town but only allowed English players and no out of contracts - Brereton, Maddison and Sessengnon firing me to the Champions League in the fourth season.

7. Are you in any RL fantasy football leagues? How is it going if so?
I'm in two - my work one which I'm doing pretty well in, somewhere around the top 10 in a league of just over 100. The official fantasy game I always enter but forget about after two weeks. This season I didn't even make it to that point.

8. Popcorn or Nachos?
Popcorn - I like fresh popcorn.

Forgot to say on the Fifa question I'll certainly be doing manager mode with Macc Town this season.

1. How do you feel your opening game of the season went?

0-0, no excitement. Pretty much like the start if last season Sad

2. Were there any teams in the opening round of fixtures that surprised you?

Not really. Olly has the hold over Hero, which I expected him to break, but on past form it can't be classed as a surprise

3. With this being the final season prior to the reboot, will you be doing many transfers to try and mix things up or avoiding the deals?

Will keep doing deals. Low expectations so just going to enjoy it

4. With Mourinho seemingly having a meltdown at Man United, what is the greatest meltdown in our manager league history?

Nick when SmartestGooner racially abused him is the obvious one. Also Viva when I wummed that Jack Wilshere's performance against Barcelona was better than peak Paul Scholes

5. Do you expect big changes to the tactics and general matchplay within the league once FIFA 19 is implemented?

I have no idea. Not a FIFA player really so no feel for how much it will change.

6. Any plans to buy FIFA 19? And also what is your favourite mode?

See above. Will probably buy it for an occasional game with my lad, but not enough to have a favourite mode

7. Are you in any RL fantasy football leagues? How is it going if so?

None this year, so no points scored so far.

8. Popcorn or Nachos?

Popcorn.

I'm amending my answer for the biggest meltdown to Trebs

Given he asked the question a week ago, do you think he just wanted to be considered for future iterations?
