Morning people!

Loved Torreira's celebration - he's turning out to be some player! And how crap is Eric Dier on a scale of 1-10? I don't know why any professional football team would ever select him. He's the worst England player since Carlton Palmer and every time I watch him play, he sucks ass harder than Viva.

Dier is, well, he is dire...

Sorry for the pun. Awful player for me. Brings a very negative way to play DM, which in this day and age isn't up to scratch. Could be a half decent CB if he stuck at it.

only saving grace, he scored that penalty!

No saving grace for me. I was screaming at Southgate for allowing Dier to take that pen, even after he scored it.

If Eric Dier was a v2 manager he's be Nando. Good at the back, strong hard tackle, and not particularly offensive.

He really does negate a sides attacking ability. If you always look to pass backward, you're not going to get any attacks started.

In other news, I actually managed to win a game this weekend! #upthelisle

Once Declan confirms for England, he'll take Dier's place. And it will be transformative for the midfield

I would prefer Ant at DM tbh, he's more physically assertive than Dec and would be more helpful defending set pieces.

Ant's forehead could rival Maguire's.

Come to the decision that the prize for the cup will be:

Winners get to nominate both your lawyers in the week following the final;
Runners-up get to nominate 1 lawyer in the week following the final;

Everyone okay with that?

No doubt some people will say they'd have tried harder in the Cup had they known that was the prize, but speaking as someone who's still determined to lose in the next round, I concur with these prizes.

Shouldn't be a shock, the options of prizes was discussed before the cup was played. And there is always the second cup in the second half of the season
