Simmer down, Jiffy. Christ.
A no arm tackle - ‘ah, get up’. Clear obstruction - ‘ohh it’s marginal’. What a clown.

This is a bit of a bonkers game. France were sublime like they were in the 90s for the first 20. It’s now gone a bit flat

I didn't realise rules were changed so that you could be in front of the kicker from the base of rucks and scrums. Or is Wayne Barnes just ignoring this

I recall a Glasgow Ulster game years ago, I think it was two days before Scotland beat Ireland at Murrayfield in 2013 where Pete Horne missed one of them kicks in front of the post.

Do France not want to win?
By far the better team but two horrific errors have gifted Wales 14 points.

I'd been thinking French Ron Weasley, he looked so gangly compared to Willemse but he's been way more effective!

Nasty looking injury to the French hooker at the end. Hope that's not serious.
George North man of the match? What a load of cack that is. He was shocking for the first 40. Tipuric MOTM all day.

Well I only caught the 2nd half but the French did create 2 tries out of nothing. I take it the 1st half was different but the same?!

Good comeback, but France utterly gifted 14 points. Entertaining game to start the Six Nations off.

Incredible and ridiculous game in equal measure.
Throwing the ball around in those conditions worked for France in the first half but played into Wales hands in the second.

My god that was the most biased referee display I have ever seen.... Scrum feeds, off sides, taking players out before they were in the ruck, the entire Welsh team should go buy lotto tickets right now

I understand it's an emotive game and that's what you want to hear in commentators, but he's just plain unprofessional sometimes.

Re: SIX NATIONS OPENING MATCH - France vs Wales Stade de France - 1st February 2019
Wales allowed France to play it their way in the first half. Now I'm not saying France didn't have a part in that. But any coach that allows his players to think that Wales will just play it the same way in the second half being so far behind.... it's just shoddy coaching to let his players come out thinking they'd won the thing.
Congrats to Wales .... being bloody Wales huh? Who'd a thought? Not the French.

Wales worked out that kicking it back to France to counter attack was a terrible idea. Starved France of the ball and with no jackler in the French side it was easy to build pressure.
Having said that Wales were shocking in attack. Clueless. Defence and a moment of magic from Adams rescued them.
