Interesting. Is that W*nk spanner as in a spanner who w*nks or W*nks panner who wades through a river with a sieve pan trying to find gold to reduce the impact of rapidly failing virility. Either way Fly, I'm very sorry to hear that operation yewtree finally caught up with your dad today. I hope he won't be floundering to death on the rocks.

The thread is really thriving under the new name. I’ve missed Shah and Super and their abuse.

Morning guys, picked up some biscuits for the office today.
Went for an unorthodox mix of Cookies (white choc chip) Rich Tea, Cadbury's fingers, and, of course, Malted Milk.
This thread inspired me.

I have also bought biscuits today, although I've not blurred the lines of creative and crazy but including such a wild outsider as the white choc chip. Taking it back to the old school with Custard Creams and Bourbons, and the lesser spotted Coconut Creams.
Are chocolate wafers counted as biscuits? Cadbury and their Fingers seem to be.

Wafers are included in Christmas biscuit tins, so I would say they are fine.

I'm very partial to a pink wafer, but don't often come across them.
At the office yesterday I had a double choc chip cookie and a white choc chip cookie - as well and 2 Danish pastries and a chocolate muffin. 10/10.

I've got a few digestives knocking about at home somewhere. About 10 of the c*nts if I remember correctly. Plain, not chocolate.

I like them as well but they are useless for a game of soggy biscuit.

Was good thanks, though my cat has taken it upon herself to reenact great battles from history from 3am onwards using my head as a prop.
How was yours?

Re: Music Section Morning Tea Society
Mine was cat free, which was nice. There is a cat café opened in Leeds, which seems to be frequented by crazy cat people.
So people who can drink tea at home, surrounded by cats, can now pay to drink tea, surrounded by cats, odd concept.
The place appears to be a charitable concern, rather than some hipster bollox, so not the end of the world.

I was tempted by a cat café in Edinburgh but you had to pay an entrance fee as well as pay for the food (the human food, not the cat food).

I think they have similar establishments in Japan. They take it very seriously. There are 58 of them in Tokyo.

I appreciate the concept, and would understand, if the people who frequented these places could not have pets for one reason or another, it just confuses me when people who already have cats, go.

3am is too early to have your head attacked, Galted. Do you have any permanent scars or scratches which have drawn blood?
I saw a doco on a couple that has a pet puma.
Apparently it can get a little rough. Not surprising considering they way they encourage it to rumble with them around the house.

Galted - buy a laser pen and spend a bit of time pointing it around a room before bed. The cat will tire itself out chasing it and you can look like a big businessman to Galtova as you point to furniture with a laser and then describe different figures related to it.

The middle eastern cat from next door just slunk by my windows and past the pool just now. It's like soup out there.
No doubt it's just had a piss and a crap on my pebbles and rubbed its glands all over the place. You go outside... and it's gone.

Galtova has nothing but contempt for my job as she earns nearly twice as much as me despite only being half as clever.
The laser would work with the cat if it could be arsed to do anything other than sleep in the evenings.
