Surrey have named a 16 man squad for the quarter final game away to Lancashire Lightning on Friday 7th July at Old Trafford.
There is no place in the squad for Ben Foakes or Dan Worrall.

Cheers Jimbob, I think it would be easier to name the players I don't want playing! But that would probably leave me with a team of 5
Anyway, missing out I've gone for Blake, Clark, Lawes, Moriarty and Steel, but Abbott, Atkinson, T Curran and a couple of others need a massive improvement if we're going to win

Cheers, guys. I've pretty much given up hope for the Blast. Some very poor performances and results lately.

If I picked Abbott, it would be only to bat.

PS If I come across as grumpy, it's probably because I'm grumpy.

Surrey's fielding and the wicket keeping has been very poor. Numerous misfields, 4 byes off a normal delivery, a front foot no ball...not going to win many knockout games like this.

Jordan has bowled two sensational death overs there - two overs for 10 runs (and a couple of them were from a very poor waist heigh no ball call. Apparently the knee is waist height according to square leg ump...)

Sensational death bowling sees Surrey home - thought we bowled decently throughout actually, let down by some poor fielding.
