A Great Side of the NFL People Usually Don't See
OK, posting here because I want to specifically share with my Rugby brethren. But really applies across all sport. And life.
A wonderful 10 minute video from ESPN highlighting a young American brain cancer survivor engaged with the Make-A-Wish Foundation who gave him a day with his favourite NFL team, the Buffalo Bills during the current training camp. Shows professional sport at its absolute finest and the impact it can have, and also how grounded and caring the NFL players can be. This is something every team does with various organisations and kids. And most people never see it. We do this multiple times per year and everyone looks forward to it. Reinforces everything we are about,
As I said, it's worth the watch. Just 10 minutes. It pulls on the heart strings...
