Rugby Union Legends Game - Rules
Rugby Union Legends Game Rules

1.You can call your team whatever name you want
2.The players you buy must have played Rugby between 1980 to 2010
3.Every team has a budget of £200 million to buy whatever players they want
4.The players will range from £5 million to £20 million a team must have a squad of 25 players to start with, I will then up the squad limit to 32.
5.Foreign Transfers will be available, but you must have to wait 3 hours before your bid is accepted for the certain player, so other members of the game also have a chance to sign that player
6.Match days will be every Tuesday or Wednesday, with predictions opening straight away when everyone hands in there team sheets.
7.Every side has two injuries per month, the injured players will be picked at random and the amount of weeks they will be out for will also be picked at random, that could be 1 week or the full maximum of 4 weeks.

ok I will take a team - how many teams will there be and when do you start bidding? - still think once you have set amount of managers you should let them take turns in picking 5 or 6 players before opening the transfer markets . . .

Feel free to tell me to buzz off but
make the price range a bit bigger. 800 mil at 20 mil a player is going to make cash worthless
and when people are in a bidding war don't have a maximum value.

I was thinking if we get a full set of managers, we will start bidding for players asap.
But we do it in a certain order, for two days each position firstly.
We bid for Hookers for two days
Then props
Locks
Flankers
Scrum-Halfs
Fly-Halfs
Centre
Wing
Finally Full-Back
As we will have different amount of players in a position.
Hookers - 1 day you can bid for 1, second day you can bid for your other one.
Props - 1 day you can bid for two props as you are allowed to bid for two players at a time, then day 2 you can bid for your final prop.
Locks - Same as the props, one day you can bid for two, the next day you can bid for your other one.
Flankers - Day 1 you can bid for two, Day 2 you can bid for your other two.
Scrum and fly halfs - Day 1 you can bid for 1, Day 2 you can bid for your other wanted scrum of fly-half.
Centre - Day 1 you can bid for two centres, day 2 you can bid for your other two centres.
Wing - Day 1 you can bid for 2 wingers and Day 2 you can bid for your final winger.
Full back you can bid for 1 full-back on day 1 and day 2 you can bid for your other full-back.
That leaves us with 16 days of bidding.

I still think teams should take it in turns to pick players, from any positions up to 15 man squad - then from there you can open the transfer bidding - otherwise the bidding and choosing will take way too long . . . also for people that can't be on all the time it allows them to take a turn in picking.
also by picking from all positions instead of just on e position at a time will make it more tactical for the managers - seeing who is picking who . . .

Foreign transfers will be accepted by myself.
But for my foreign bid I would have someone accept it for me, just like on the ERL game Steven.
Domestic transfers are domestics so no need for backers on them, just put them in the confirms and they will count.
