should there be a list of players that get chosen to make life easier for the other managers as they pick to see who's gone already - at the top of the page maybe?

Pullthestrings who you picking mate, everyone will rate the players of when they were in there prime, Smith would be good.
Leonard played both sides, Vickery came along and Woodman also so I will play Leonard at loosehead.

Re: Rugby Union Legends Game - Draft
Tom SMith - The Silent assassain - very good choice mate, he's highly rated in my books . . .
As for leonard you want to be playing him tight head if you can bear . . . yes he played loose but only because of Probyns magnificent effort at loose. Either way he's a great great choice.
Bahtites up then, it starts getting interesting here on in . . .

Sorry Driver that's when he is most active isn't it.
Back row you will be fine Pullthestrings, that's probably along with wing and centre the position which has the most depth of quality.

It will work that people will be strong in different areas. i will have a fairly tasty back 5 of my pack but a weak at half back. Will make the inter team transfers interesting.

I know it may be complicated but would it be best opening each draft now to hurry along? We could be here a week or so if things go against us

Re: Rugby Union Legends Game - Draft
Could be an idea. Just make sure obviously that people don't choose before their go.
So I could choose my tighthead prop now for example but have to wait for everyone before lock.

Unless I do open loosehead and winger together.
Hooker and Inside centre together, Tighthead and outside centre together.
It will be two at once then which would kind of speed things up a little.

For Campese, surely the earliest he can be rated is 1990 which means he was towards the tail end of his career...
I'll go for Jason Robinson

Me and Pete get the sort straw by a distance here with the way the draw has gone. Why are people doing prop AND winger?

What's the year range again? Not sure Kirwan would qualify, which is a joke. As he is a true legend

Re: Rugby Union Legends Game - Draft
1990-2009.
You only get the short straw in some positions Luke, when it reaches openside you pick 4th which is pretty good.
There are loads of quality players from 1990-2010, its not like the AP and ERL game when you can only buy players from 2011 what are playing now.
Everyone will be fine, some people will be stronger in the forwards, while others will be stronger in the backs, making it really competive, plus you have foreigns where you can buy even more quality players from a whole two era's.

Luke - you've got first choice at half backs - probably the most influential positions on the park.
