Youthfull look to Cardiff RFC
Just checked out the blues and blacks squad for the 2011/12 season. http://cardiffrfc.com/squad.aspx and noticed a intresting trend among the squad-members.
-Out of a 42 man squad 20 are still tennagers and a further 15 between the age of 20-25!
your thoughts?

getting rid of the journey men and focusing on the academy players.

Would like to see a lot more U20's involved at Premiership level. The Wales u20s need all the help they can get...

Yes it's a good thing. We need to ring fence a new Premiership to develop young players.
