I know selling Young was a mistake, but I didn't sell him

Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
What I'm saying is bring in someone to takeover from Young as your starman, it does not have to be a winger maybe a striker or CM even CB but at the moment I don't see a starman at your club. Hazard can be your starman in the future but at the moment he should concentrate on playing Football.
Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
An why did you sell Caroll at brought in Crouch? IMO that has weaked the strikeforce.
Prediction results.
Viva = 3
Afro = 2
Nick = 0
Smart = 3
Viva add £1m
Smarts add £1m
Afro add £500k
Nick add £250 lol (Even though you got nil points)

On the plus side, Bonucci and Vidal are top signings.
Viva - when you dished out the prediction prizes last week, I had the same overall points as Pineapple (22). He got £2.75m, but I got nothing. Why is that? I did raise it at the time, but presume you didn't see it.

Viva, I wanted Crouch as my backup striker. Someone else will be Carroll's replacement
Who do people prefer - Vidal or Lasagna Diarra?

Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
Afro as I look back the table you are correct and you can add the £2.75m to your budget. I must not have seen the message, next time anything important like that PM it to me or message it on my Stoke page
As this was my fault I won't penalise anyone and won't take money away from them except myself. The £1m I won this week I will subtract it from my budget so it cancels out the extra money I got last week.
I prefer Vidal.

Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
yeah, a country mile is traditionally measured by people who as the result of inbreeding, cannot consistently measure the right distance out

Guys lawyers are in.
I just had a look at releases after a certain someone tried to thief my Jermaine Pennant.
I seen Tranq ask for a release fee for Dempsey, lucky for him he has an £8m lawyers for him.
Note I did lawyers before I looked at releases.

Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
If you do a European competition, then it will be 1st and 2nd in CL and 3rd, 4th and cup winners/runners-up) in Europa, so yes to Smarts.
I am interested as long as it is kept simple, is done early in the week (to allow for injuries) and does effect the league or cup.

Yeah it won't take up your time, it will mainly be your first 11 with basic tactics like the cup. I just don't know what method to use for winning games.
Nick can you do another one instead of Caroll as he is a free I am not allowed to make a profit on him

Viva - voting by the managers not in European competition to decide results?
Punting - your team aint that bad, although letting Bonucci and Vidal go may be a mistake. It finished 3rd last year.

Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
Free Agents page is reopen.
I will be tidying it up shortly.
For all players listed, enquire and I will check to make sure that they are still free agents. If they are, then they go for the quoted price.

Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
Well I scouted andy out and his formation lineup was the same every week. With the controversy of Coentrão position I figured if I went 3 CB's and wingbacks I should have Coentrão free to attack and cause some damage with the added suprise of the German Messi, Mario Götze

Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
It is ridiculous that I wasn't able to offer more than the Liverpool Navas offer even though the deal hadn't been finalised.
There are times when people can't get on for days, let alone hours, so to not be able to counter an offer made an hour or two before doesn't feel right to me.

Re: Furious League - Homepage 5
I have withdrawn any interest in Navas in order to investigate the transfer to Liverpool impartially.
There are 3 former offers which were rejected on the basis that Navas gets homesick and would never leave Spain.

There have been two further offers rejected on the basis that they weren't enough money.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Trust me Afro. I recall all previos bids for Navas including mine were rejected as he wont leave spain.
Marvin Martin, I was quoted £11m I think now he can sign to a lesser club for £8m.
consistency is banged on about but not carried out. I get its tough to remember all enquiries but I would of imagines the person doing them making some sort of database to keep himself organised.
