Vicious Victor Ortiz
First topic message reminder :
What do you make of this guy?
He had a tough upbringing he and his brother were abandoned by his parents and left to fend for themselves grew up in care.
Seems like nice guy now, but use to deal drugs.
Had a big bust up with Robert Garcia so much so he doesn't speak to his brother because he trains Ortiz now.
As for his boxing, promised a lot in the amateurs till he ran into Amir Khan who boxed his ears off and stopped him in two because the fight was so one sided.
Got into a war with Maidana but quit went it go too tough, claiming he didn't deserve to get beating up like this and to look at his face.
Started well against Peterson but then got out boxed and looked clueless in the latter rounds.
Fought a good fight against Berto, but still got put down twice and was very easy to hit when Berto decided to get of the ropes and throw some punches. Did well when Berto was on the ropes centre of the ring he struggled.
And Berto and easy guy to hit himself and was untested at that level.

And then end up reading several posts by other posters also complaining without having a clue what's going on? You all know he's a pain in the butt and the site would go far more smoothly without him.

No offence taken Balti, but we cant just ban people for the fun of it. The foe feature does work (unless you click the link to reveal the post)
It's better than nothing I suppose.

I'm not getting involved in the banning debate, just saying that the foe option doesn't achieve anything because as Ghosty has said, all you're left with is disjointed and confusing conversations.
We'll just have to see how events unfold.

This is true, but I think Union Cane is enjoying the foe facility

Last i'll say on the matter then YI is this
Don't start coming down on those who become aggrivated with the issue, we are not the problem he is and unlike last time you will be well served to remember that.

Who's fighting who this time?
I believe it's D4 against the civilized world, emancipator, though the emerging Libyan government haven't made their intentions clear.
Appreciated your input at the tennis section earlier, by the way. They can be a feisty lot, can't they ?

Floyd is around 1/7 to beat Ortiz, a very heavy favourite.
I think Vitali is only around 1/4 for this weekends fight.
Don't get me wrong Ortiz is not a bad fighter, but is not a A level fighter, has not proved he is B level as yet as well.
Pure tripe as always. Who should Mayweather fight so? Ortiz isn't a great fighter but he's a damn sight better than anything Manny has fought lately. Clottey, Margarito and Mosley, whens Manny gonna fight a live opponent again? It's been nearly 2 years since his last decent win against Cotto? Why did he wait 3 and a half years to fight Marquez again? Marquez is 38 now and fighting above his best weight and I don't give him much chance against this version of Manny even though he looks like he's slowing down a bit. The reason Ortiz vs Mayweather may not seem that competitive a fight is that Mayweathers so good. It doesn't mean Ortiz is a bad fighter or that its a bad fight. I'd give Ortiz a bigger chance against Pacquaio.
Anyway your incessant and repetitive drivel on the matter has really run its course. Go back to wherever you've been all this time so that my head doesn't hurt anymore..
