Re: Quiz Questions
Was Lawrence of Arabia before or after the 60's?
I think I figured out the writer, but it was such soppy pile of pap I'm not mentioning the film and the great writers name in the same sentence. Someone else can tread on his grave.

In Kenny's defence, Kato was the Green Hornets side-kick, Clouseau's was Cato.

I actually know this because it came up in a pub quiz recently. And as usual there were some people who argued over the answer so it had to be googled by the quiz master. It turns out there are two answers.
Madness and UB40.
Ska and Reggae were obviously very popular in the 80's.
should have been the Thomson Twins for my money!
My question is - what was the first and last number 1 of the the 1980's?
Re: Quiz Questions
So we are saying the first single of 1980, and the xmas number one of 1989?
I am big on my xmas number ones and 1989 was Band Aid, Do they know its Chrstmas.
1980, not sure about.

wrong
Re: Quiz Questions
Ok, I have no idea then. I am sure 1989 was Band Aid. It was 5 years after the original Band Aid.
Anyway, others will need to pitch in. I pass

This bit is correct!
I am being a bit pedantic perhaps!
And Pink Floyd is correct for the other part.
