Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Offers: Season 1 - Page 4 Empty Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Offers: Season 1

Post by nick_fury Mon 26 Sep 2011, 2:43 pm

First topic message reminder :

Week 9 has passed so The Foreign Transfer Window is now OPEN.

The Foreign Transfer Window will be open at the following times:

Pre Season - Week 2
Closed Week 3 & 4
Week 5 - Week 7
Closed Week 8 & 9
Week 10 - End of Season

Transfer Pendings will be open Monday to Friday with a cut off time of 15:00. This is to ensure we can respond to offers.
Any Offers after that time will count towards the followings days TP's.

You are allowed 2 TP's per day

Replies and Negotiations will take place on this page soon after 3pm

ALL TP's must be in the following format:

TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. Rooney aka the best striker in the Europe)
Team: (i.e. Manchester United aka Champ19ns)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)

TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.

You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).

How your bid will be assessed.

There will be a Committee of 3/4 managers who oversee transfers.
This will be built up of one manager from each league (in order to stamp out any bias).
Transfers must be registered on a Transfer Pending page in the format above. Each member of the committee will either state if they are For or Against the transfer. For the transfer to be successful it must have the majority of committee members IN FAVOUR of the transfer.
Committee members will NOT have to state any reason to a manager as to why an offer has been accepted or rejected, just a yes or no on the pending deal. Committee members can do so if they wish.
Please remember a Transfer does not reply upon one member, so try not to shout/argue with a committee members over a transfer because for all you know they could of voted yes for you.

TPs will not be answered until after the window has closed. If a manager wishes to counter another managers offer, then he must do so the same day and before the window closes. For any enquiries after the window closes will be considered as the following days so be careful as you could end up wasting enquires. Order of the enquiries is the order they will be answered but the highest bidders offer will most likely be successful, if both bids are accepted then it will be considered from the players point of view as where they are most likely to want to play. If all enquiries are unsuccessful, then the player will stay at his current club and can be enquired about again in the following window.

Please Take Note of the following which occurs once an offer has been responded to AND accepted but not confirmed by the Buying Club:

If a figure is agreed the transfer MUST be finalised, meaning paid in full, within a resonable time (this is due to manager being online). If the funds are not available the transfer will be delayed until 5pm that day.
Up to this time any team may attempt to hijack the deal by placing an offer on the table, the committee will vote on this, once again the majority of committee members must be in favour for the deal to go through.
If the funds are raised before any other tabled bid has been received the original team will secure the player.
If no team bids and the funds are raised within the time the deal may go through.
If the funds are not raised and there are no further bids the player continues with his current club.
If another club bids and the origianal club has raised the funds before confirmation of the transfer offers will be assessed the offers but the Original bidding Club will take preferance, thus most likely to secure the transfer.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

If your offer is accepted you have 1 hour to confirm the transfer as the player and his agent will not hang around while other clubs could be interested.

£25m for Negredo - He will be 1st choice striker in an ever improving liverpool side, we have ambitions to be the best therefore need the best his current club are not as good as they are and didnt finish last season very well. He will come to Anfield with the knowledge he will get the no.10 shirt and when he is fit he starts EVERY game

Fan Negredo is a no. You have the ambition but its not concrete he wants to play for Spain at the Euro 2012 and with torres not the player he was of a few years ago he feels he can challenge for the starting place at his current club. if liverpool are doing well later on the season and it will help his International cause then.

Don, Milito is a no. He has 3 goals in 4 games for Inter this season and is playing Champions League and has no reason to move.

ALiverpool for tomorrow (thurs)

Alan Dzagoev
CSKA £12.0m

Wants to prove himself in a much better league, the Russian is a quality player and would fit in nicely, his talents have not gone unnoticed. He would play behind Suarez and they would compliment each other perfectly. His skill and talent would be a welcome addition to the league where he would be one of the most important players in my team.

Danko Lazovic
Zenit
£10.0m

Another russian and would join Dzagoev in the team, he would play out right in a potent attack with Dzagoev, Downing and Suarez. He is another eastern talent who has had spells in Holland and was successful. He would bring a touch of class to the team. Liverpool are a quality outfit with big ambitions, he would fit into the style of play we are after, quick and skillful, and am sure he would adapt very well.

For both these players they would be coming to a much higher quality league and they can only improve themselves playing with better players

Spurs (For Thurs)

TP: 1
Name: Christian Eriksen
Club: Ajax
Fee: £18.75mil

Spurs are looking to add more youthful and attacking flair to their midfield. They have been watching the current rumours and believe that Ajax would be willing to sell and that Eriksen would benefit from the teams style of play and excellent pedigree. With young players like Jovetic, Barnetta and experience of Parker and Perrotta and Podolski, Christian would be able to develop his skills and fulfill his promise and become an integral part of our team. He's previously been linked to Arsenal and Liverpool and we feel a London base would allow him more freedom to return home.

TP: 1
Name: Giuliano
Club: Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk
Fee: £8m
Reason: Giuliano would find it much more at home playing in the Porto than stuck out in the Ukraine, it'd give him much more of a chance of getting into the Brazil squad to be playing around his international teammates.

TP: 2
Name: Antoine Griezmann
Club: Real Sociedad
Fee: £10m
Reason: Porto are looking for a quality young left winger to link up play to the forwards and provide options in formation. Griezmann is that option, Real Sociedad are never going to match Porto's ambition and opportunities and it's time he took the step up. Guaranteed bench place & cup games and will be first choice for the team in the event of injuries.

On behalf of King Beer:

Spurs

TP: 2
Name: Marek Hamsik
Club: Napoli
Fee: £28.5million

We would like to make Marek the highest paid player at our club. We feel his attacking flair, creativity and ability to boss the midfield going forward is exactly what we need. We believe that Marek has all the tools to become the best in the world and we want to help him achieve that. We understand that many clubs have been linked with Marek, and we are hoping to steal a march on them by getting in first. We appreciate that Marek is a key player for Napoli and we feel the fee reflects that. We would like to build good relations between Tottenham and Napoli, and in doing so would be prepared to offer first refusal to them should we ever sell Marek, at the same price we paid. We would make Marek the Vice Captain of our side.

He doesn't need to match your offer at all. He is negotiating from yesterday.

He needs to match the value we have under admin, although he best get a move on as we will be answering todays TPs before too long.

And Honda - this is still below what CSKA want and they indicate that they would accept £15m (coincidentally)

No. Once todays window closes, the deal is off.

They will have received another suitable offer and would be more inclined to accept that as they feel less messed around.

Sounds like a good offer for you Don.

Fiorentina
TP1
Kolo Toure
Man City
£3m loan (no future fee)

Toure has come back from his suspension to see Lescott and Kompany in great form and Savic making a good name for himself. Opportunities for game time and the chance to prove himself look limited for Toure. We offer Man City and Toure the chance to have that game time on loan with us and if he impresses, he could fight his way back into the side, if he doesn't then City have lost nothing and gained £3m to pay Tevez for an extra few months bench sitting

If you haven't noticed, foreigns are being strict.

Players with even the slightest doubt are being rejected and if you want team's star players, you have to pay inflated prices.

It has been the same for everyone - I have only signed one player from the swiss league.

But you started with Everton so you were at an advantage from the start. Now let's do a deal. You know I would like Jagielka and Fellaini, let's find something mutually agreeable

Sorry, it was set at 2 because we have 18 teams and that already leaves 36 TPs to work through. Could have been 54 per day if we had set it at 3!

We can take Wiese as a TP for tomorrow. Also, they are open all next week as well. If there are days you can't make it on, I am happy to do your TPing for you

Jagielka and Fellaini are my best players so would need a decent replacements for them :-)

Have a look at my squad page then and see who takes your fancy.

The only one I would not be able to lose at any cost is Gilardino as I have no other top class strikers

Mouse - your starting XI is one of the best in the league IMO.
