Happy with those comments, get a draw in my first match as manager. Just got to take that forward and improve the team to take on the might of Liverpool

Cazorla, Oxlade-Chamberlin; Klose 2
Malaga just edge with a solid midfield and some very good forward play
cant see past a draw for this game as both managers need time to get used to there team therefore Iam voting for a 1-1 draw
Lazio win their wide men provide more cover than malagas and this is difference
Both teams well set up and a decent game, the quality of the Malaga team though won it
Very good defensive performance by Lazio, they contained the the Malaga attack very well, Lazio had majority possesion of the ball but were not sharp enough upfront to penetrate Malaga.

Guys, can you please check: https://www.606v2.com/t17368-furious-football-association-foreign-transfer-reply-negotiations-season-1
To see if you have negotiations in progress. Otherwise if not finalised by 3pm the players will be open to bids from other teams.

Hi All, wonder if anyone can help me?
I have a player in my list from the previous manager called Alvaro Gonzalez who is listed as a CB.
I have googled him and can only find a right winger by this name of Lazio, is this the correct player listed wrongly?
I dont want to be claiming an attacking Uruguayan winger if I have indeed a Malagan youth team defender ha

Do you play me this week, thought that I had Liverpool ha. It wont be an easy victory for you no way, starting to assemble my squad. Like I say though still trying to get rid of half these defenders ive never heard of, were like the mighty underdogs think that we are going to win a lot of fans on this board haha

Alvaro Gonzalez is a RW and on my books at Lazio. But there is also a 21 year old Spanish CB by the same name, so I guess you have him!

Well you can sign him too if you like, he's available -- then you can remove all doubt over who's Gonzalez is whose.

Ha maybe that should be my new tactic, just to create a starting XI of different Gonzalez's, sure the Uruguayan 2nd Division is full of them to bring in through TP, plus I could also bring Speedy in on loan to run the channels.
Fan is now quaking in his boots at facing me this weekend but ...... its all a smokescreen, I know what im doing really

Overall I'd say Arsenal are the strongest on paper still but I hope with the acquisition of Chiellini and Cazorla I'm not a million miles away.

M'Vila and Sissoko are two quality CMs, know each other very well from France U-21's - they will be my new partnership and will not be sold, my squad is pretty much finished...prob sell one or two and try and get the two in I have today

Villareal v Tottenham
Villareal were tactical more sound in this game and were up for it, maybe SPurs thought they would just turn up and win. No Villareal looked good and dominated the game.
tight unit with Parker and Huddlestone holding, with a counter attack goal to cap off a supreme away performance.
Villareal have a solid line up and a midfield to match Spurs, I see them taking a close game with Rossi playing a key role.
A tight game, were the offensive players come out on top
Jovetic & Eriksen out of position. Lack of direction in tactics.
tottenham win 2-1 with midfield out musceling that of villareals, rest of pitch to me seems evenly matched and will be an entertaining game
the new spurs manager has done well in a short time
Tottenham overpower a weak villarel side, with their attacking flair
Poor tactics from Spurs which gives Villarreal an easy win
Atletico v Fiorentina
All round better side and some lazy tactics by bull doesn't help when playing one of the best sides in the league
Fiorentina huffed and puffed but couldn't get going in this match, Atletico were hardly impressive but got a draw with the overcrowded winner and maybe could have snatched it with Turan.
Too much in attacking positions with Gerrard and Modric running the show. The giant powerhouse defender takes advantage of defensive frailties to score up for a corner.
Tactics far superior for Fiorentina ensuring players ease to victory
some good players out for fiornetina this week, but tactics are good and they should be ok and manage to pinch the win
Porto v Bayer Leverkusen
Porto had the tactics sop on, infact there were so exact to counter Leverkusen from knowing they would attack with pace from the wings, reverting back to a 4-5-1 formation, Agbonlahor up front alone just seems to exact to have scouted. Either way they were spot on but Leverkusen made them work for it. Leverkusen could of snatched a point but Gabby lacked support at times.
Once again the tactics ensure that a comfortable wind ensures for Leverkusan
Porto with 4-4-2 compared to leverkusen's attacking might could be the differnece here as they should be able to break down the 4-4-2 formation, another close game
high scoring games, with both sides full of attacking quality, and not overly strong in defence
Again its down to tactics. Better instructions given to the Porto players and they are too strong in the middle of the park.
Porto's attack looks very handy and I back them to snatch a goal and keep Bayer at bay in defence, with Agbonlahor finding it tricky up front.
Home advantage and an attacking line-up pay off with two early goals, Agbonlahor with a late conscollation isnt enough.
Balanced game with both teams equal to each other, it was a fair result for both.
