Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Reply & Negotiations: Season 1 - Page 3 Empty Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Reply & Negotiations: Season 1

Post by nick_fury Tue 01 Nov 2011, 12:00 pm

First topic message reminder :

This page will be used to Negotiate all Foreign Transfer deals

All Foreign Transfer Offers made on the offer page will be responded to on this page after 3pm.

Offers will be Accepted, Refused or instructed to Negotiate on this page.

You must then follow the standard rules on the the Foreign Transfer Offers page

Please Take Note of the following which occurs once an offer has been responded to AND accepted but not confirmed by the Buying Club:

If a figure is agreed the transfer MUST be finalised, meaning paid in full, within a resonable time (this is due to manager being online). If the funds are not available the transfer will be delayed until 5pm that day.
Up to this time any team may attempt to hijack the deal by placing an offer on the table, the committee will vote on this, once again the majority of committee members must be in favour for the deal to go through.
If the funds are raised before any other tabled bid has been received the original team will secure the player.
If no team bids and the funds are raised within the time the deal may go through.
If the funds are not raised and there are no further bids the player continues with his current club.
If another club bids and the origianal club has raised the funds before confirmation of the transfer offers will be assessed the offers but the Original bidding Club will take preferance, thus most likely to secure the transfer.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

If your offer is accepted you have 1 hour to confirm the transfer as the player and his agent will not hang around while other clubs could be interested.

Huddersfield feel this is getting unnecessarily complicated, however they feel that the value of your offers are in teh right ballpark. Therefore, they will either of the following:

£4m up front and £4m at the end of the season
or
£3m now and £7m at the end of the season.

You decide. If you are unable to agree to either of these, Huddersfield indicate that they will break off negotiations

Alex - Lyon, Roma and Porto Negotiate
With all three clubs looking likely for European football next year, Alex is prepared to move to any of you. Chelsea have indicated that they are willing to sell to any of you, but will only sell to the highest bidder. If two clubs bid the same, the first bidder will get priority. If by 2pm tomorrow, the auction is unresolved, we will go with sealed bids (PM'd to me) with the highest bidder getting him.

Bosingwa - Negotiate

Krul - Negotiate

Willian - Negotiate

Affellay - Negotiate

Hamer - Rejected

Mackail-Smith - Rejected

Anelka - Negotiate

Chelsea must understand they paid that 3 years ago. If they have deemed him surplus requirements than that is on them. We feel Bosingwa market value is around £9m.

Lyon will offer £10m

Krul has been in superb form for Newcastle and his reputation has never been higher. They are not looking to sell at all and indicate it would take a much bigger offer for them to even consider selling

Hamer - Charlton felt the offer was so derisory for one of their first teamers and a good player at that, that they were offended by it and did not wish to negotiate. They suggest that when they have calmed down, you may be welcome to come back with a more sensible offer that better reflects the players value.

Mackail-Smith - the player has only just moved and as is the Furious League way, that rules a player from leaving his new club until 1 season has passed.

Fair enough about Mackail-Smith, but as far as I was aware it was protocol to bid with the player's value as per transfermarkt! I was going to offer more, could Charlton not change their stance to Negotiate?
