Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Reply & Negotiations: Season 1 - Page 5 Empty Furious Football Association Foreign Transfer Reply & Negotiations: Season 1

Post by nick_fury Tue 1 Nov 2011 - 12:00

First topic message reminder :

This page will be used to Negotiate all Foreign Transfer deals

All Foreign Transfer Offers made on the offer page will be responded to on this page after 3pm.

Offers will be Accepted, Refused or instructed to Negotiate on this page.

You must then follow the standard rules on the the Foreign Transfer Offers page

Please Take Note of the following which occurs once an offer has been responded to AND accepted but not confirmed by the Buying Club:

If a figure is agreed the transfer MUST be finalised, meaning paid in full, within a resonable time (this is due to manager being online). If the funds are not available the transfer will be delayed until 5pm that day.
Up to this time any team may attempt to hijack the deal by placing an offer on the table, the committee will vote on this, once again the majority of committee members must be in favour for the deal to go through.
If the funds are raised before any other tabled bid has been received the original team will secure the player.
If no team bids and the funds are raised within the time the deal may go through.
If the funds are not raised and there are no further bids the player continues with his current club.
If another club bids and the origianal club has raised the funds before confirmation of the transfer offers will be assessed the offers but the Original bidding Club will take preferance, thus most likely to secure the transfer.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

If your offer is accepted you have 1 hour to confirm the transfer as the player and his agent will not hang around while other clubs could be interested.

Can I assume the "No" for Gary Cahill is because i'm Everton? Because re: money, i've bid £3M more than was accepted by Chelsea in real life. If it is about money rather than the stature of the club then I can bid more money tomorrow. If it's because he's joining Chelsea and he wont join any Furious League club then ok.

Yes pretty much Marky, given a choice of a club that's in the last 16 of the Champions League and one that isn't, its not hard to see why.

Marky Mark,

Cahill has been refused due to his progression in a transfer to Chelsea. Apparently there is a wage dispute. If he does not sign for them then feel free to come back with another bid.

Hate to be a hassle Hero, if you want me to submit it in another TP then that's fine, but Armstrong for £1.22million (considering Goodwillie went for £2million I think that's a good offer). Plus I'll loan him back to Utd for at least half the season.
