Post by nick_fury Tue 01 Nov 2011, 12:00 pm

First topic message reminder :

This page will be used to Negotiate all Foreign Transfer deals

All Foreign Transfer Offers made on the offer page will be responded to on this page after 3pm.

Offers will be Accepted, Refused or instructed to Negotiate on this page.

You must then follow the standard rules on the the Foreign Transfer Offers page

Please Take Note of the following which occurs once an offer has been responded to AND accepted but not confirmed by the Buying Club:

If a figure is agreed the transfer MUST be finalised, meaning paid in full, within a resonable time (this is due to manager being online). If the funds are not available the transfer will be delayed until 5pm that day.
Up to this time any team may attempt to hijack the deal by placing an offer on the table, the committee will vote on this, once again the majority of committee members must be in favour for the deal to go through.
If the funds are raised before any other tabled bid has been received the original team will secure the player.
If no team bids and the funds are raised within the time the deal may go through.
If the funds are not raised and there are no further bids the player continues with his current club.
If another club bids and the origianal club has raised the funds before confirmation of the transfer offers will be assessed the offers but the Original bidding Club will take preferance, thus most likely to secure the transfer.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

If your offer is accepted you have 1 hour to confirm the transfer as the player and his agent will not hang around while other clubs could be interested.

As neither Porto nor Fiorentina have the funds to complete their proposed TP's for Maxwell, Leverkusen would like to offer Barcelona £14million.

Latest reports are they want between £2 and £2.5 Million. Therefore I will up it to £3 Million as my final offer.

You drive a hard bargain Viva Very Happy

Right, I can offer 3.4 Million now and an extra 1.6 Million at the end of the season. This makes a round £5Million......the extra £1 Million is for the inconvinence of them having to wait for the £600 K it would take to get it to £4 Million

Basically, though, once I get £1.6 Million (which lets be honest is a silly amount to quibble over), I will pay it off.

Best I can do right now

Fan Gilhaus wrote:Al Ahamada £7m

8m and he's yours for Al Ahamada

The latest on Pato is that he wants to remain at Milan so that was why it was a no.

"Milan is my home," the 22-year-old striker stated. "I did not want to interrupt my career with the Rossoneri after winning my first two trophies with this shirt.

"I want to contribute to the history of Milan and to the future success of this club with joy and in perfect harmony with everything around me.

"This joy will give me the energy to face the future matches with more enthusiasm and a greater desire to win and to score.

"Today is a special day for me. I thank president [Silvio] Berlusconi, the club and fans, who have always believed in me."

If it changes and he looks like he may move then perhaps reconsider putting in the TP again.

Zohore's agent informs you that the offer is still short of the clubs valuation.

In regards to Lucas, River Plate have for a long time said they would not sell him until after January, and today there are numerous reports of Chelsea, Utd, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich scouting him and the club having already turned down offers. Everton unfortunately do not fit in that bracket.
