Second Row - Lawes, Attwood
No8 - Easter (just ahead of Waldrom).

So time to select the flankers. It is probably a 3 way battle for two spots between Robshaw, Wood and Croft. Or more likely Robshaw is in and Wood and Croft are duking it out for the other spot. Wood had the better early season form, but recently Croft has been magnificent for Tigers. His form in both games against Clermont was top notch (of course I am biased).

Any way, choose your two.

Ps Kvesic and Fearns are injured. Haskell deemed ineligible due to distance and club commitments/contract, Steffon A is not ruled out however.

Croft and Robshaw. Add something to the wider play and lineout with Croft and let Robshaw do his thing in and around the breakdown. Unless there's a dramatic rethink in the way England are playing.

Robshaw and Wood for me.

They can offer a huge amount....

Croft on the bench to come later in the game when spaces open up to play his game...

Yarp, would love to see Robshaw and Wood. Expect it'll be Croft and Wood. Wouldn't be too upset by that either.

Croft and Wood for me with Robshaw at 8 but with Easter at 8 I would go with Croft and Robshaw.

Has Magnus Lund played recently for Bairritz? Ive seen his brother Erik but not much since last season.

Wood over the last few weeks has looked a bit off form probably not helped by strange selections in the backrow at Saints.

I'd have:
6.Croft
7.Robshaw

Croft after taking a battering from us all here during and after the WC has come in to some very good form, and if we're going by more then just people we like has to be at 6, Robshaw needs no explenation really.

Wood on the bench to cover both of them.

I'd go with Wood and Robshaw too, Croft as the impact sub to bring on when the defences are tired. I dont think any of the others have done enough to justify selection to be honest, although Seymour has looked good for Sale when ive seen him.

Start Croft and Wood on the Flanks, bring on Robshaw as he covers the back row and can start to get involved slowly rather than chucking him in the deep end

I'd have Robshaw and Wood with Croft on the bench. Tough choice between Wallace and Seymour for the final flanker squad. Would be more inclined to go with Wallace as the key word - potential surrounds this young lad.
