Following on from Kenny's excellent idea to help tidy this section up, and stop lots of different threads about the same things, i have decided to set up this topic.
So any CONFIRMED signings or Extensions you hear about just add them here. For Rumours just put them on Kenny's RL news thread.

BRADFORD

Elliot Whitehead, who was in the final year of his contract, has penned a new deal with Bradford to remain at the club till 2016.

WIDNES

Eammon O'Carroll has signed a contract until the end of 2014

CASTLEFORD

Have signed center Jake Webster (from Hull KR), and scrum half Jamie Ellis (from Hull FC), both starting from 2013.

Sorry i don't know how long either has signed for.

ST HELENS

As expected, have completed the signing of Jordan Turner, from Hull FC on a 2 year deal. This will start from next season.

HULL KR

Have signed Warringtons second rower James Laithwaite on an months loan

CASTLEFORD

Jamie Ellis has joined Cas early and will make his debut this weekend

HULL KR

Rhys Lovegrove has signed a new 3 year contract taking him to the end of 2015 , he has also stated that he would like a further contract after that so he can stay at Rovers .

Jordan Tansey has signed a 1 year deal for the 2013 season

More of a release then a signing but Ben Galea wont be offered a new contract so will leave Rovers at the end of the season .

WIGAN

Matty Smith has signed with immediate effect and should feature in Wigans game against Wakefield .

Smith had agreed to move next season but due to the injury to Thomas Leuluai Wigan have paid a undisclosed fee so he could move now .

WAKEFIELD

Have taken Leeds back Lee Smith on an initial 1 month loan with a vue to a permanent move .

WIDNES

Ben Cross has signed a one year contract extension .


HULL FC

Confirm the signing of Ryan McGoldrick on a contract until the end of the season with an option for a further year .


CATALAN DRAGONS

Lopini Paea has signed a new 2 year contract taking him to the end of the 2014 season

Brett Ferres from Castleford on a 3 and a half year contract and he will go straight into the side for this weekends game against Wakefield

Have turned Lee Smith's loan deal from Leeds into a permanent transfer, till the end of 2013 season.

Hull KR have agreed a deal to sign Newcastle Knights prop Evarn Tuimavave.

The 28-year-old New Zealander will join the Robins on a two-year deal at the end of the NRL season.

Injuries and loss of form have meant the former New Zealand Warriors player has only made three league appearances this season.

He told the Newcastle club website: "I am looking forward to a new chapter in my life in England and I thank everyone at the Knights for my time here."

Another overseas signing for Rovers. I really dont understand how they can fit so many overseas players into the quota.

This is the only overseas player Rovers have signed for next season ( so far ) , Jake Webster is joining Cas , Shannon McDonnell is leaving as is Ben Galea and given this signing Joel Clinton wont be offered a new deal and will be leaving aswell imo .

We've also signed Corey Paterson from the Cowboys from next year also. But I agree with the point your making, we are getting rid of most of our overseas players, from memory other than the & mentioned, can only think of Dobson, Green, Withers & O'Hara but could be wrong.

Corey Paterson has a British passport so does not count on the quota as dont Withers and O'Hara who were signed under the Crusaders agreement with the RFL .

More good news from MS3 Craven Park assistant coach Chris Chester has signed a new 2 year contract . I really like Chester having spoken to him a few times he has some good ideas and is keen to learn as much as he can , i would like to see him take over as head coach eventually .

That's good news about Chester, think we're grooming him up to replace Sandercock when he leaves.

Forgot about the dispincation with Regards, O'Hara and Withers. Also forgot Lovegrove. Can see slightly the point George was making, but it annoys me that it's always Rovers that is mentioned when Bradford, Huddersfield even Hull FC have had at times/now as many if not more foreign players in there sides.

Yes it is annoying . I know we have had a large turn over off overseas signings but i do think the trend is changing under Sandercock , of course we will sign our quota as EVERY Superleague club does unfortunatley thats part and parcel of the game now and with players like Paterson and the british passport and Lovegrove ( who is marrying a Hull lass and has been here 5 years ) there are players who will qualify around the quota .

We are bring more and more of our academy through which is a great sign , Hull FC used to be praised for bringing their youngster through yet under Pearson and Gentle it seems instant success is more important and they are buying a team rather then giving the young lads a chance , and yes before it gets mentioned they have brought through Crookes and the young prop who's name escapes me but given their signings for next year these may not get much game time .

I not trying to bash Hull for this i just think KR should get a little more praise for bringing the academy lads in , we felt safe in the knowledge that the likes of Beaumont and Paterson can step upto the mark that we let Liam Watts cross the city and in young centre/wing Chris Heil we have a very good prospect .

Have signed forward Mitch Achurch from Penrith. On a 4 year contract starting November.

CASTLEFORD

Have signed Justin Carney from the Sydney Roosters on a 2 year contract

WARRINGTON

Have confirmed that 10 of their current squad have agreed new deals to remain with the Wolves.

Adrian Morley, Lee Briers, Micky Higham and James Laithwaite have all committed for the 2013 season, while Brett Hodgson, Brad Dwyer and Mike Cooper have signed two-year contracts.

Rising star Gareth O'Brien has agreed a new three-year deal, while Ben Westwood and Chris Hill have extended their current contracts.

HULL FC

Have extended Ben Crooks's contract by a futher 2 years, until the end of 2015.

Wakefield hooker and Papua New Guinea captain Paul Aiton signs a two-year extension with the Super League side.

Hull FC have rewarded young forward Chris Green with a new two-year contract.

WAKEFIELD

Have extended Ali Lauitiiti's contract until the end of 2014.

HULL FC

Have extended half back Danny Nicklas deal till the end I'd 2013.

As expected have announced the signing of Brent Webb from Leeds on a 2 year contract.

HULL KR

Have confirmed the signing of Penrith Panthers half-back Travis Burns on a three-year deal.

The 28-year-old made 127 NRL appearances for the Panthers, North Queensland and Manly and becomes Rovers' fourth signing for 2013.

"I've been watching a lot of the games on TV and I see a young team which is not far off being a real force in the Super League," Burns said.

"Myself and my family are very excited about heading over to Hull KR."

He added: "Opting to join Hull KR was an easy decision for me as I know that the people of Hull are very friendly and love their football."

Burns' arrival coincides with rumours linking current Rovers stand-off Blake Green with a move to Super League leaders Wigan for the next campaign.

In addition the switch reunites the utility back with a familiar face in current Rovers head coach Craig Sandercock.

"Craig was also a big reason why I decided to sign," Burns said of his switch to Super League for 2013.

"He was an assistant coach when I started my NRL career at Manly and I always knew he would coach at the highest level.

"The conversations I've had with him about his plans for me and the club going forward made my decision easy and I can't wait to pull on a Robins' jersey for the first time."

As I've said before, I really don't get this signing given that Craig Hall has been outstanding at stand off, Rovers player of the season in my opinion.

Frankie Mariano has extended his deal by another year, till the end of 2013 season.

Bradford forward Olivier Elima has agreed to return to the club on a 2 year contract, having been at the Bulls for the last couple of years.

Have given a 3 year contract to Academy player Jimmy Keinhost.

Have signed Daniel Holdsworth on a 2 year contract

I suppose it it makes sense for Benny to take a backward step this late in his career , after KR turned down the offer to keep him there was only down to go
