Yeah he's playing 6, will stick at lock mostly though. Not sure yet. But he is my lineout leader. I need to at least match that loss first.

Fair enough offer but I really don't rate AAC that much as a centre and its a 13 I want If Kahui goes

Re: Newcastle Falcons Fantasy Rugby
As I put em down I thought I bet Pooly comes in for them. Kitch needs EQ back and Romano just needs quality as i have the AB second row pairing so not sure about selling.

No chance with AAC. Roug + Romano are quality wouldn't go near adding anything else

I wouldn't either. Shane Geraghty has six. Plenty of uncapped players I wouldn't swap him for.
I wouldn't add anything to Romano + Rougerie 4 AAC + ? cos thats already enough easily

You seemed to state that was unacceptable earlier so I was more questioning it?
So Geraghty a quality player then?
As in from your locks? Kruger?

I'd consider Romano >
This is what I think the lack of deals can be attributed to, I have players that I like/rate highly and same for you with your own players. So we all have different ratings. Guess he has a bit more value to me as well as it make the All Blacks combo. Thorn/POC aren't long term viable options for me

The risk for me is that Brussow had one world class season and has been injured or anonymous since then. Undoubted performer but huge risk

Re: Newcastle Falcons Fantasy Rugby
Welcome to the game mate, EQ is vital on here with the 5 starters needed and 5 in bench.
I'd be interested in Garvey, Steffon, Kennedy, Pienaar, Conrad, JP
==
Hi mate. Erm, decent side you've got here.
Unlikely to see Pienaar or JP, but others could go in the right deal.
Be looking at Kruger for Garvey to give me an SA engine room, but then some as I'm losing an EQ. For Steffon - Robshaw. Also interested in Croft - anything there?
Smith can go - need AAC + a little.

AAC + Croft + Slater
Smith + Armitage + Garvey
===
Not really keen on that.
Smith > AAC
Garvey > Slater
Wasn't looking for a Croft/Armitage swap - completely different players so leaves me short at openside. Was looking for Croft AND Robshaw.

Tameifuna and Rennie can both go so that could be close to a deal, but I'm not interested in Ric really. Can we get Payne in the deal at all?

Don't know about loans mate, think I need to sort out my squad properly really. If I was going to do a straight swap for Tameifuna would prefer Brussow to Cowan.

Re: Newcastle Falcons Fantasy Rugby
Never sure about Biggar - sometimes I really like him, but am not sure about his attacking game. Got my eye on another one.
I need Bleyendaal to come through, saw him a few times last year and he looks good but no chance of getting ahead of Carter! Went for Botica as a bit of a long-term no10, really rate him and he's looked good in every game he's played for at Quins. Annoyingly Ford has had a dip in form, seems to mess up his kicking early on from the floor, lose his confidence and then comes back strong in the second half.
You not looking to improve your options at no7 then?

Re: Newcastle Falcons Fantasy Rugby
If you watch his overall play he's actually doing ok - his kicking from hand is up there with the best in the AP. It's just that he loses it with his place kicking and then tries to force the game, but if he isnt playing week in week out he wont iron that out, but with Flood there he wont get that chance.
Reckon he will end up at Saints - they are going to have an awful lot of salary cap available next year with Tiny and Mujati leaving - sounds like they;ve definitely got Corbs.

AAC + Croft
Smith + Garvey

Can't quite do this. Decent enough offer, but it then leaves me short at lock. Chuck in Kruger for Fourie or Faletau for Spies?

Re: Newcastle Falcons Fantasy Rugby
He'll come good - only aspect of his game that is dire is his kicking at the moment. Rugby is such a confidence game and his has gone at the moment. Hopefully he's learning each game though.
Would take him at Wasps though - Nicky Robinson's kicking could actually be worse than his!

Lobbe for Falateu with a gain my way elsewhere.
No idea where even to start in a Deacon deal but its a possibility

Re: Newcastle Falcons Fantasy Rugby
Juan Smith at his best is streets ahead of any other blindside out there, but he's not played since early 2011 so getting him worries me a bit as there's no telling how he would come back. I'd be happier with Brussow if I am honest.

Couldn't do either of the English guys without England internationals coming back, and Nonu or JdV would need O'Connor as part of the deal.
